Be Our Guest at 'Villa Mickey', the perfect villa located on the FABULOUS Resort-Style 24-hour gated community of Windsor Palms. This 5-star resort is just off Highway 192, less than 4 miles from the gates of Disney.

Our spacious, air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is set in a quiet, private location. We offer a private pool and separately heated hot tub, cable TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and laundry facilities. Villa Mickey has all the amenities for a perfect get-away.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, ample drawer space and a walk-in closet with floor mounted safe. The ensuite bathroom comes complete with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, separate toilet area with entrance to pool and hot tub.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ample drawer space, and ensuite facilities including large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with brand new colorful linens and comforters, and is decorated in a Mickey and Friends theme. It includes a cable TV and dresser.

Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds and includes cable TV and dresser.

The villa has been carefully and tastefully decorated. The Living-room has a new 65” Smart UHD LED TV with a PS4 (Blue ray DVD player/game console). A selection of DVDs and CDs are also available for your enjoyment. We also have desk & chair work station, and FREE Wireless High-Speed internet.

The fully equipped kitchen area has all the amenities you need, including microwave, stove, fridge, ice-maker, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking utensils. We have two nicely furnished dining areas for your convenience - a breakfast area overlooking the pool and a more formal dining table. A separate utility room, just off the kitchen, is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The villa is equipped with baby-friendly equipment for our guests to make use of, including: 2 travel cribs (1 has a change-table built-on), 2 strollers, a high-chair, electrical outlet safety plugs, door knob covers, and a small plate/cup set.

We also have a newly equipped games room featuring a top quality Foosball table, table tennis, iPod compatible CD player and a kids play area.

Guests renting our home get FREE unlimited use of all the on-site facilities. These include: a luxurious air conditioned Clubhouse, a fitness center with flat screened TVs, a large heated community pool with sun deck and hot tub, toddler’s wading pool and play area, private 58-person movie theater, games room including pool tables and video arcade, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, picnic and BBQ area and an on-site sundry shop offering bike rentals. What a great opportunity to enjoy time with your family and have lots of fun!

Pool heating is turned on from November to April and included in the rates. If guests would like to have pool heating between May to October this is optional and for a cost of $20/day. Let us know at time of reservation if you would like pool heating added to your stay.

Our Property management company is local and manages many villas in the area. They are friendly, helpful, and reachable 24/7 to enhance your vacation.

Great stay at villa mickey

This villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday on a great resort close to parks shops and restaurants etc. Chris and Lisa are perfect hosts with great communications and fast response to any questions asked, would definitely use this villa again in the future.

Great Location

Our party of 4 adults, two children and an infant stayed for 9 days and had a great time. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We were initially worried about our late arrival but the check in process at the gate and gaining access to the property were straight forward. This was our first time hiring a property and it exceeded our expectations. We ate in most evenings and the kitchen is fully equipped for most meals. Some tips from our holiday, bag your waste before putting in bin or it doesn’t get collected, there's no recycling so don’t bother segregating bottles, tins and cardboard, there are numerous restaurants along the 192 (we liked the Texas Steakhouse) and there is a large Target and Walmat Superstore nearby (check Google maps). We preferred Target as it was less busy. In summary, if we visit Disney World again we would look to stay at this property again.

Relaxing home

Villa is in great location for all activities. We all enjoyed the pool area, especially the hot tub, which was great to relax in after a day of activities. Villa has everything needed for a great holiday, with books/board games and the games room in the garage is an added bonus. Communication was good which made everything easy. Chris and Lisa are great hosts.

Fantastic villa

We stayed at this property (group of 4 adults and 2 kids), the villa is great, hot tub and pool really good, and kitchen well equipped for our needs. Location is great, and you can even see Magic Kingdom fireworks from the back deck. Communication with owners very good too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property for a family trip to Florida

The house was a perfect base for our family trip to Florida. It is much bigger than it appears in the photos, and was extremely comfortable for a family of 5. The house is well appointed with everything that we required to self-cater during our stay, with more than enough equipment in the kitchen and plenty of bedding / towels. A drying rack or similar would be useful to dry washing outside. The only minor disappointment for the kids was that, whilst the property is advertised as having a PS4, there was only one golf game. The PS3 games do not appear to be compatible. The kids enjoyed the table football and tennis instead though. The location is ideal for Disney, and there are plenty of shops within a short drive. We would stay in the property again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful Xmas break

We were a party of 2 mature couples staying over the Xmas break. The Villa was very well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of kitchen equipment for us to cook Xmas Dinner and lots of clean towels and pool towels which was very welcome. The location is ideal for visits to the attractions, Celebration and Kissimmee. We hired a car and travelled all over. It was lovely to come back to the homely villa at the end of the day. The bonus for me was no stairs, all in one level as I have mobility issues, so really accessible for me. The clubhouse was a short walk away with a lovely pool area, shop, bar and gym. You can have food delivered and users are allowed on the complex to pick you up if you don't want to drive. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you Lisa & Chris for letting us stay in your fabulous home x

Great stay at Villa Mickey

Lovely house. Easy to get to Disney (5/10mins). Lots of restraunts nearby and a few minutes drive to a huge Walmart. On site facilities were also great with a pool & bar. We booked the cinema room too which was great. Plenty to do in the villa with TV, pool, hot tub & games room. 5 Adults stayed and there was plenty of room. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great owners who sorted out some damage to screen due to hurricane Ian. I would recommend heating the pool later in the season although the temperature was hot in Florida the pool was too cold for us. Once I arranged it to be switched on it was fantastic. Thank you Chris & Lisa.

A magical stay in Villa Mickey!

Covid meant three attempts at renting the villa, and we finally arrived at the end of April! We weren't disappointed - Villa Mickey was just perfect! Spacious, very clean, good decor and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and easy to use. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and coming back to swim after a long day at the parks was just excellent. This was our first time renting a villa and we will certainly be back! Thank you Lisa and Chris!

Great house, fantastic location

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this villa. The house was very clean and had a lovely layout, 4 great bedrooms, all on one level, no stairs to climb. Kitchen was fully equipped, no problems cooking. Lovely private pool, which we used every day. The gated community it's in, meant we played pool billiards most days, and we were able to request films to be shown at the clubhouse cinema for the following day, on the days we weren't in the parks. Couldn't ask for a better location, close to the Ī4, and therefore at Seaworld and Universal in no time at all. Didn't do Disney, but that was even closer to the villa. Wal-Mart was close by, and the clubhouse shop had all the basics. Thoroughly recommend.

Was dubious of staying away from international drive but all I can say is I wasn't least bit disappointed !!! Chris and Lisa's villa was amazing every there and more of what was needed nothing like coming home from parks and heading into private pool fabulous !!! All contact speedy with replies .. would highly recommend villa and Windsor palms resort felt safe and secure hoping to return next year !!!!!!!!! Dnt hesitate book this villa u wnt be disappointed 😎😎

Beautiful home...nice and clean. Roomy for our family of 4. The third bathroom was locked our entire stay not sure why didnt ask. Pool was cold the entire time...loved the jacuzzi.

2 Family Trip to Universal and Disney

This property was perfect for 2 families traveling with kids (ages 9-13) for Spring Break. It had plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the pool and game room. The community pool and volleyball courts were great too. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and was close to lots of stores and restaurants, as well as being close to Disney And Universal. Communication with the home owner was prompt and detailed. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!

This place has a special little place in our hearts... the last time we stayed here, my husband proposed to me at the house! It has everything you need for a week away. It is conveniently located near Disney and shopping in general. This is a great place to stay.

The Best!

The location, resort, and the home perfectly meets our needs, and again, exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owners and their mgmt team were quick, responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house was clean, bug free, well stocked, and looked to have everything a family might need for their stay. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The home is in walking distance to the resort pool and recreation building. A very pleasant and quiet resort, it is located close to all of the theme parks, restaurants, shopping and activities. We had a wonderful time. The best!

Excellent accommodation for my golfing buddies. 6 beds, 3 full bathrooms. All the tools you need if you want to cook or very close to a lot of restaurants. Overall a great place.

Relaxing vacation home

Wonderful house. very spacious. the pool in the back and the yacuzzi are a plus plus specially after touring all day Disney parks. Its a 15 minutes drive to Magic Kingdom parking tool, 10 minutes drive to Animal Kingdom, 7 minutes to the closest starbucks and a walmart as well as several restaurants. The clubhouse is super well equipped if you need anything from food to outdoor pool or additional games for kids including a mini theater. Will definitely recommend this house for families with kids and teenagers. The suite is perfect for couples and babies and the other 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms are a plus plus for the rest of the family. Garage is equipped with a ping pong table, a ton of baby equipment and even basketballs and a monopatin! the neighboorhood is great, close vacation rental area. Hosts are SUPER responsive and helpful.

Regret nothing

You will regret nothing if you stay at Villa Mickey! Our family had an absolutely amazing time staying at this vrbo. Staying here has made us a vrbo family for life. I don’t want to leave a great review only because I don’t want others to find this amazing stay! To Chris and Lisa please don’t ever change, you all took care of our needs and we hope to book at your vrbo again someday! This vrbo had everything we needed for our 1 year old. The toys kept out her entertained while me and my friend played ping pong. The pool and hot tub was excellent to relax in after a day at Disney or just walking around town. This area is perfect for Disney, only took us 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. We did not want to leave they had more than enough accommodations for cooking, storage, and cleaning to get us through the week. Like I said in the beginning the only thing you will regret is not staying here and wishing you had did. Thank you again for your lovely home and we hope to use it again!

We love the Theme Parks, attractions, shopping, golf courses, and all the amenities that are so close to our villa. We know you and your family will also create magical memories that will last a lifetime at 'Villa Mickey'.

Why they chose this property

The Windsor Palms resort is less than 4 miles from the Disney Parks. We also like the security of a 24-hour manned gatehouse and the close proximity to the resort Clubhouse, which hosts a large heated community pool, games room, fitness area, and 58-person cinema. The Resort is located 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and ten minutes from International Drive where you will find Universal Studios, Outlet shopping and countless restaurants. It is everything WE wanted and we know 'our Guests' will appreciate these features too!

What makes this property unique

Our villa has the advantage of having no rear neighbors and is just a short walk to the resort's Clubhouse. The back patio boasts a private hot tub (separate from the pool) and offers a distant view of Disney fireworks. We recently added a new games room to enhance the living space of our home. There is nothing better after a long day at the Disney Parks than to come home and relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the pool.
