Our cottage features a modern and cozy interior, including a full kitchen, a beautiful Lopi 1250 wood stove, a love seat, work table and a walk-in tiled shower. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and we provide a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Our earth-friendly Solargon Cottage was chosen as one of 40 sustainable structures worldwide, and is designed for energy efficiency.

We offer private and secure parking, and our location is just a few minutes away from downtown Paonia, where you can enjoy local restaurants, brewpubs, wineries, and live music. Our 1-acre homestead is easily accessible and we encourage guests to walk or bike to town, taking in the stunning views of the West Elk Wilderness and North Fork Valley.
The cottage includes a wall-mounted Eco Heater and a radiant heater, ensuring a warm and cozy stay. The full indoor kitchen includes a 30-inch stove, a luxurious Liebherr refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and cooking oil. Cottage guests also have access to our "guest services laundry room".
