About this property
Cute & Cozy Tiny House w/Kitchen
This cozy tiny house has easy access via hwy 92. Just 7 minutes from downtown Hotchkiss and its amenities. A completely private space with views of the Gunnison Gorge, Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. Two adults and one child over 12 are allowed. One dog is allowed with advance notice, no weight limit. Smoking OK outside. 420 friendly.
The kitchen includes a coffee maker, mini-fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, sink, and microwave. Towels and linens are provided.
Other things to note
If you will bring a pet, please let us know in advance. It is expected that you pick up after them, bags are provided. Please also be aware that we have a nuisance weed called puncturevine, which produces spiky seeds that can get stuck in dogs’ paws. Walk your dog in the mulch on the north side of the tiny house or across the driveway near the concrete diversion box to avoid them.
The property is not fenced, so dogs must be leashed when outside.
If you will be using the pull out bed, let us know so we can provide extra linens and blankets.
The TV is set up for you to use your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc), but you must have your own accounts to use them.
The tiny house is close to the road, so you may experience some noise. Earplugs are provided.
We allow dogs. Despite our best efforts to clean between guests, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any dog hair or dander in the tiny house. For this reason, we do not recommend you stay with us if you have an allergy to dogs.
The bathroom doesn’t have a ceiling and is open at the top to the rest of the house.
