House has air conditioning which is rare in this area. Fast internet. Lots of flowers and fruits in the yard. New furnitures, new appliances, new utensils…..

We had an event nearby and needed a place to get ready and sleep. This was just what we needed. Some of the floors in the bedrooms were a little dirty, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great place to stay

Geat location out of town and within easy reach of the whole island. Location was perfect for our needs, property was recently renovated and very tidy, close to shopping and the local tavern for meals and entertainment.

There were a lot of great things about this property including a well equipped kitchen (including spices), laundry detergent, shampoos and lotions. But the beds were a bit hard, there were no washcloths, the smoke detectors were all missing, the gutter needs cleaned out especially by the entryway because it was causing the rain water to waterfall in front of door. And the biggest thing that could be improved is having a comfortable couch that seats more than 2 people. The house sleeps at least 6 but there is only one wore down futon couch and a side chair, which is not comfortable after a busy day of sightseeing.

Everything was clean abd the place is very specious. It would helped to have the sign outsode kept little high and clear. It was really hard to find the place in the dark .

Great little house

We stayed here during the middle part of our Hawaii travel. It provided us with a nice base to visit Volcano Park as well as Mauna Kea. The kitchen was stocked with lots of food and water which we appreciated. We ended up cooking our own dinner during the stay. Having A/C is also a huge plus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nice quiet property.

Beautiful plants in the yard. Large house, very nicely priced but the A/C capacity was limited. Also, not enough flatware, measuring spoons/cups etc. to do multiple meals a day. Ice maker also did not work. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were very nice.

Hawaiian Paradise Park

We truly enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage just a quick drive from HIlo. The photos of the place were accurate plus the kitchen was stocked with many cooking/food staples. The one AC unit is in the front of the cottage which did keep the main living area and kitchen comfortable. Yan responded to my messages immediately and ordered a few things we needed for our stay that were available for pick up the next day.

Hilo getaway

First thing we got to the house we noticed that the yard was a mess was not mowed everything was overgrown Saturday night we got back to the house and we could not shower for 5 hours as the out door water catchment ran out of water we called the host of the rental and water was delivered at around 8 pm

The gardeners come exactly the same day to do the maintenance and as water run out which is a rare situation I called emergency service and they delivered the water at Sunday night. 4:30pm I got the call and they delivered the water at 6:40pm. Still I am so sorry and we will make everything better . Thanks

Property owner is very close to having a nice place. However the living room situation is very uncomfortable and no way it could seat 8. Two lawn chair type chairs and a small futon...very uncomfortable. Kitchen could use more silverware and some potholders. No bowls for mixing or serving other than cereal bowls or smaller ones. I ended up buying one for use while there. No left over containers...also bought some for extended use (we were there 27 days). Only one kitchen hand towel. And only two bathroom hand towels. Curtains do not cover the windows AND sliding glass door from dining area does not have a curtain at all nor does the master bedroom door to outside. For two single ladies it was a bit uncomfortable. A few bugs. I would suggest a REAL PEST CONTROL COMPANY not just a lady who came over and sprayed bug spray from a bottle. Other than that the place was fine. With a few small changes the place would be great!!

Are you kidding me?

First off, the listing said that the house had a hot tub under amenities. When I asked the host if the hot tub worked, they replied that it actually did not have a hot tub. I explained to the host that I chose their listing because I wanted a hot tub and would have gone with another listing had I known. This is false advertisement! The host then offered me a $40 refund which is not that great for the price I paid. When I got to the property, I used the combination to unlock a key box but when I attempted to use the key, it didn't work. It was as if the key had been broken off in the lock. Since it was almost midnight and we were exhausted, I ended up spending even more money for a hotel which is what I should have done in the first place!

Paradise Park

Nous sommes demeurés dans la maison du 21 au 28 juillet 2023. Maison située à environ 30 minutes de Hilo et environ 1h45 de la côte Ouest (Costco). Secteur très tranquille. Aucune plage proche. Maison propre. Le seul petit problème c'est la toilette dans une des chambres n'a pas de ventilation et ça sens mauvais après 2 jours. Pas de BBQ au gaz, seulement un tout petit BBQ au charbons dont la grille est très sale. Lors de notre séjours, il pleuvait à tous les jours, seulement dans le secteur. L'hôte est facile à rejoindre.
