Welcome to North Hill Parrot House. This light and bright 2 bedroom is located under 2 miles to downtown Pensacola.

This charming home is set up to feel like a home away from home. Everything you need to cook and settle in is at your fingertips. Full of character and charm, the linens, cookware, furniture and everything else is regularly checked to ensure you have high quality and fresh amenities on hand.

This is an owner operated home, I'm available anytime if you need something.

This private 2bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared laundry. The unit is not shared with guests staying in the other unit.

*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary unit. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.

There are 2 15000 BTU window units. 1 located in the living/dining/kitchen area, the 2nd located in the bedroom with the queen bed. The smaller bedroom with the twin bed and desk does not have its own ac unit.

Regular pest control is performed on the property, however this is Florida people! An occasional bug or 2 may find it's way inside.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the property was so close to all the attractions! The manager of property was kind enough to leave a binder which included attractions to check out. Definitely will stay here again!!

Perfect location

We drove down from Cincinnati for a memorial for a very special person who passed away in December, so having an easy arrival and comfortable house at our disposal helped out immensely. The house was exactly as we expected- comfy beds, ceil fans (we can’t sleep without a fan! Lol), beach towels/cooler/beach bags for us to use waiting for us too! Will definitely stay here again if it’s available for our next trip back down to Pensacola ❤️

Great Duplex

The rental is spacious and well equipped. Everything was in working order, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Plenty of dishes, pans etc... Nice size TV and lots of windows for plenty of sunshine. Room sizes were just perfect, not cramped for space. Nice front porch to sit out on and a very roomy fenced backyard. Nice laundry room separate from both units of the duplex. Plenty of beach supplies as well!!
