This is a well maintained home built in the early 40's.

2 bedrooms, 1 bath with plenty of linens, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and an area to relax outside.

If you like ghost stories maybe the resident ghost will give you a treat! His favorite tricks include disappearing objects that you just set down, creating out of place smells, and fiddling with the lock box

On brand with the Parrot House units, you'll find the parrot theme tastefully included throughout.

The property is an older home and could use some updating. Overall it was clean and comfortable for the two of us and our two medium to large dogs. Gate can be a little tricky but once latched it was very secure to keep our fur babies contained. Relaxing on the front porch is great in the evening but be ready for the traffic. Property was well stocked with shower essentials, bottled water in the fridge as well as basic spices and a great selection of utensils. Host was responsive and very helpful to questions we had.Don’t let the window a/c units scare you away! Set them at 76 as instructed and they will likely have you reaching for an extra blanket. The only challenge is waiting for hot water, but in the grand scheme of things not a huge issue.We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here and the property was so close to all the attractions! The manager of property was kind enough to leave a binder which included attractions to check out. Definitely will stay here again!!

Perfect location

We drove down from Cincinnati for a memorial for a very special person who passed away in December, so having an easy arrival and comfortable house at our disposal helped out immensely. The house was exactly as we expected- comfy beds, ceil fans (we can’t sleep without a fan! Lol), beach towels/cooler/beach bags for us to use waiting for us too! Will definitely stay here again if it’s available for our next trip back down to Pensacola ❤️

Great Duplex

The rental is spacious and well equipped. Everything was in working order, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Plenty of dishes, pans etc... Nice size TV and lots of windows for plenty of sunshine. Room sizes were just perfect, not cramped for space. Nice front porch to sit out on and a very roomy fenced backyard. Nice laundry room separate from both units of the duplex. Plenty of beach supplies as well!!
