This home is conveniently located 1 mile to downtown & directly next to the Spanish Moss Trail. Few places can boast such a private country wooded feel with such close access to downtown and beaches. You are sure to have a lovely time lowcountry living, enjoying the beautiful Waterfront Park, swinging benches overlooking the water, beautiful lawn area and huge draw bridge, restaurants, shopping and coffee shops line the street. Beach 30 min away. Drive on in-coastal beach 10 min away.
The space
Home located in the beautiful 100 Pines Neighborhood. Huge angel oak trees shade both the large front yard and back patio. Adults and kids alike love the wood swing in the large front lawn. Back yard has two sections separately fenced in. Includes shiny clean stainless steel appliances with a kitchen equipped with everything you will need to cook. Home boast beautiful hardwood floors, 2 full pristine clean bathrooms, one with a small standup shower & laundry and one with a bathtub.

Pets occasionally accepted upon approval, accompanied by a photo and with a $100 pet fee for one pet, $50 additional for each pet. Dogs that are heavy shedders or jump on furniture never accepted and will be charged an additional $50 fee.
