Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cleaning fees for 15 people =$350.
The rate is for 15 people; each extra guest pays $50 for the each night. The penalty for an event or party is $1000, and for smoking $500.

Very accommodating host. Allowed for overnight early check-in for reduced rate. Communicated throughout stay. Overall very happy that we were able to stay at this location.
