Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, close to St. Andrew's State Park, Pelican Walk Unit 201 is a spacious 3 bedroom end unit on the 2nd floor with a large wrap around balcony. Fully trained non shedding or low shedding small dogs under 20 pounds are welcome! Pet fee is $150/per dog with a 2 dog maximum.

Unit 201 is a popular low floor vacation rental at Pelican Walk with easy access to the east side pool and beach from this East side end unit. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has TWO (2) NEW! Twin over full size bunk beds.

The living area features plenty of seating with a two sleeper sofas and two recliners. The two full bathrooms are generous in size. The guest bath has a custom tile shower and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has been updated and is well equipped. Also, included is a washer and dryer in the condo. The wrap around balcony is Gulf front and overlooks the East pool and Beach. It is the perfect spot to watch the kids play in the pool or take in the view of the Gulf's emerald green water!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas & charcoal grill areas, and more! Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

*Pelican Walk 201 is Pet Friendly! Only rental units that are designated “Pet Friendly” will allow animals. The Pelican Walk Owners Association charges a non-refundable "pet fee" of $150.00 per pet. There is a 2 dog maximum per condo with a weight limit of 20 pounds per dog.
*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.
