Completely renovated in 2025. Located in Colonial Charters in Longs SC. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo overlooking the first green. New Kitchen counters and cabinets, bathroom upgrades including walk in shower. Just a few minutes` drive to the beach, shopping and dining. Savor fresh local seafood in Little River or Calabash NC. Take a trip out to sea on the Little River Fishing Charter or try your luck on SC`s only Casino Boat, the M Grande Casino departing from the Little River Waterfront.
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy. Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age. Code to the building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted. Parking is on a first come first served basis. Should you park in another unit`s parking spot, the HOA may fine and/or tow your vehicle.

Perfect condo!

This condo was perfect for my family and I. The living room area was bigger than I expected which was nice for my 4 yr old and 11 month old to have space to play. They had games and toys already there, a roku TV and a high chair. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch was nice to be able to hang wet towels and clothes. Right outside the patio door was the pool that we were able to enjoy during our stay. We went into Sunset Beach and it took 20min to get there and then Cherry Grove Beach was about 10. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station and liquor store. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!
