Everything was great. Loved having couch and 2 love seats in the living area!! We were able to check in an hour early which was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen even with a large pot for our low country boil!!

Loved our suite with ocean view and stay on beach at Folly Beach, SC! Nice wide brick paved walkway adjacent to building to beach with beach tents/chair rentals and pier. Ocean temps were warm and beach was clean, no jelly fish, and not crowded as school was back in session! Weather was great with temps in low to mid 80s in late August. First time there and would definitely come back as it was very family friendly with everything you need in walking distance or within 10 min drive and historic Charleston 20 min away! Very clean and host was very communicative!

Wonderful place right on Folly Beach! Condo kitchen was well stocked; beds were comfortable with large rooms. Folly Beach has the best waves for boogie boarding and surfing. A great place for our family of 7! We would come again!

We really enjoyed our time at Folly Beach! It was such a nice location and the condo was just what we needed! Everyone slept comfortably and we appreciated the amenities and supplies available. Everyone had what they needed. The only recommendation I would add for this property (that was mentioned in our group) is the need for a towel hooks. We only had one towel hook for two adjoining rooms sharing a bathroom. But that was just a small thing that didn’t really affect our vacation at all. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we plan on coming back!!

Great location at Folly Beach! Loved looking off the porch and being able to see the pier, downtown, and the beach. the location of this condo on the end made it great as well. Would be great for a large family with so many bedrooms, yet plenty of space to gather.

Loved everything about our experience. First time at Folly Beach and we definitely will be back. Loved the layout of the condo and all of the furnishings. Decorated so beachy and I didn’t feel like I had to worry about my young grandchildren hurting anything. Loved how close we were to the beach. We didn’t try the pool stayed on the beach the whole time. Just beautiful

I truly enjoyed the stay very pleasant place. The condo was clean, beautiful. Would i stay here again yes. Just not with the house guest i went with never again ever. Only hiccup we had was the heat went out but it got fixed immediately. The staff and maintenance were very friendly. If you pick this room you will love it. Clean and beautiful.

Great Location!

We have been coming to Folly beach for years, we just love this beach town. This condo is so close to everything! Walking distance to food, shopping and you look right out to the beach and pier!
