This villa is located a short walk down from the 11,000 sq ft. Legacy Clubhouse which offers the Legacy Grille, serving food, beverages- !! Adjoining to the Clubhouse is a great exercise room, gorgeous main pool with hot tub and a kid friendly beach style pool. All pools on property are salt water pools.

In a grove of palm trees near the clubhouse, you will find a grove of hammocks just waiting for you. Outdoor fireplaces can also be found around the Clubhouse. This amazing property is walking distance to the famous old La Quinta Resort and Spa which offers great restaurants, shopping and a heavenly spa.

With year round activities, La Quinta is the perfect getaway! Top notch golf courses and great restaurants are plentiful!

This 3 bedroom villa offers 2 large master suites. One with king size bed, other with a queen. 3rd bedroom has additional queen size bed. Ground level location makes for easy access to this great villa.
