House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 8 people
- Dogs are allowed for an extra $150 fee per stay/per dog. Max of 2 dogs weighing under 70lbs each. Please notify us if you plan to bring a dog so we can add the fee.
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: The owner has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.

FAQ: The spiral staircase is located in the main bedroom and leads to a small loft. It's not required that you utilize it as a standard staircase leads to all of the 2nd floor bedrooms.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date

Please note that a percentage of all rental income is donated to the South Haven Vacation Rental Community Foundation to support local charities.

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for a girls weekend. Perfect location for walking into town for dinner and shopping. The house itself was adorable super comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you very much.

Awesome

We really enjoyed our place called anchor, it was very nice and clean when we first arrived and it was stopped for what everything we need we did have trouble with the Wi-Fi at first, but was resolved very quickly. Would stay again! Just when it's warmer out next time.

Girls weekend

Amazing space for all 6 of us, open floor plan. Most well stock kitchen we’ve ever rented in 15 years. Location was described correctly: walking was easy to both downtown and the beach. Extremely clean. We had a wonderful time.
