Charming 2BR Beach House: Ideal for Extended Stays

Welcome to Kitty's Place, sit on the wraparound veranda and enjoy a glass of wine while you bask in the ocean breeze, listening to the sounds of the waves and the tropical birds. Situated on over 2 acres of beautiful Caribbean beachfront, Kitty's Place Beach house offers unobstructed views of the sea. The house is comfortably set back from our 200 feet of white sandy beach with Coconut Palms, Sea Grapes, and Mango Trees providing shade and tropical fruits throughout the year. Located 1 mile north of Placencia village, you have the luxury of a private home with an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive/taxi to town. The house sleeps 4 and is well suited for families offering 2 optionally air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, private deck and an extensive bath: separate Shower, Bathtub, and Bidet. The second bedroom with a queen bed has easy access to the half bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. Walking distance to restaurants.
There is a smart tv in the living room and Wifi is included.
The full sized bathroom is only accessible through main bedroom

This stay was paradise. The house was roomy and all amenities provided. The blender was broken, which is an emergency in my opinion, our concierge Zun, had it replaced that day. The beach and water were perfect. Will be staying here again.

Convenient and Comfortable

We really enjoyed staying at Kitty's Place. You cannot get a better beach and a better location in Placencia. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony, watching the water and walking the beach out front. The highlight of our trip was catching a snorkel boat tour right in front of the house! Akeem and his team were so magnificent and took us snorkeling to Moho Caye. Highly recommend!! Andres worked hard to keep the beach clean daily. We'll be back!

Perfection and Peace in Placencia

Kitty's Retreat was and will be perfect for us as a home away in Placencia. We found everything we needed in amenities, cooking in the kitchen along the way; the classic quality and special artisan details of the layout; the feeling of a private beach, yet interactive nature of passers-by at the shore; the undulating sounds of the sea, the amazing pelican fly-by "squadrons" diving in front of us; wildlife and sounds before our eyes from the veranda, the black squirrels scampering in the canopy; breakfast-lunch-dinner on the veranda or choice of dine-out options...the beat goes on, from the first to last sunrise of our 8-day stay. We drove for a couple of day trips to explore the Garifuna villages, to meet local folks working about, and to sample multi-cultural cuisine nearby. Be prepared for those tiny biting gnats that can sneak up on you! Be ready for one of the most friendly, multi-cultural experiences you can hope for when surrounded by people who are true believers of good will.
