About this property

Newly renovated condo in gated community. Private beach 2 heated pools, hot tub

All brand new appliances, beds. 65” TV in living room, 30” in master bedroom. Full size fridge washer and dryer. Lovely patio overlooking grass courtyard. Walk to the beach pool or pool. Next to a park. The minimum stay of 14 days is only offered during the months of April thru October.
The monthly rate for 14 days is $200 per night. Also, a signed lease provided by the owner will be needed to be completed and returned to owner. HOA will not accept leases within 5 days of check-in.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Awesome

We are familiar with the property as we had stayed in the complex before. The 2nd floor two bedroom was very nice- comfortable beds, lots of staple items provided. The Ortner’s are wonderful hosts. We love the location as we have relatives not far away. Please be aware that the complex is being renovated(some places are missing balconies, luckily our unit had a nice screened in balcony not affected). Next door neighbor has a thing for video games which was slightly annoying trying to sit out there, but other than that, we couldn’t be happier. We will be back!!
