Casa Barcelona was the PERFECT place for my family and I during our stay in Miami for graduation. It was spacious, quiet and exactly how the pictures portrayed. The outside pool area was the best to enjoy a hot summer day and they had everything we needed!

Wonderful pre cruise accommodations

4 of us flew in on a Fri and 2 others on the Sun before our cruise which sailed on the Mon. We loved the area, quietness, and backyard pool. Will definetly rent this property again.

Great trip and great hosts!

We had a great time at Casa Barcelona! The neighborhood was safe and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The home was as described, clean, and cozy. We could feel the warmth radiate from the walls. The backyard space was large, our kids loved the colorful LED lights surrounding the yard/pool at night. The hosts are easy to communicate with and have fast response time. They really care about their residents. I highly recommend booking a stay here!

My team and I had a FANTASTIC experience. We arrived to a sweet note from the owner and a bottle of wine. The property was beautiful, we were especially excited about the pool. Welcoming, comfortable, elegant

As soon as you walk in you feel at home in this lovely house. It has a relaxing open, roomy floor plan and many beautiful furnishings. The main living area opens out to the backyard with pool which manages to feel private despite being in a neighborhood.When an issue developed, the property manager was immediately responsive.We would certainly return if in the area again.

Perfect paradise

We travelled with our adult children for my mother’s 80th birthday. This house was perfect!!! The pool and yard is a little paradise! We enjoyed it tremendously! Location was perfect. Close to our families Easy commute to highways to get to the beach then can retreat to a safe quiet neighborhood. Beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Claudia, the manager, is wonderful. Always available and answers immediately. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property!

Absolutely a beautiful property and we will definitely be a returning renter. Only suggestion would be for longer term renters (i.e. we stayed for 10 days)......We only had (1) trash bag and when we called, we where told that we needed to buy our own trash bags..... Just my $.02, but besides that, we loved the property and the amenities were spectacular.

We are currently living abroad in Barcelona, Spain but weren't ready to give up this bright and spacious home so close to all of Miami's best spots. So enjoy our home and all Miami has to offer in our absence.

Why they chose this property

This spacious and well equipped house is in a quiet neighborhood right by the Palmetto Expressway and gives you access to all the Miami area has to offer. We are located just 15 minutes away from dining and shopping in Coral Gables and South Miami as well as the University of Miami campus. We are a 25 minute drive from the famous South Beach and other Miami destinations like Wynwood, the Design District, and Brickell. Or enjoy the pool and private patio all to yourselves.

What makes this property unique

Bright and well lit rooms allow you plenty of room to spread out indoors but the gem of this property is the private pool and patio. Enjoy the warm sunny days outside by the pool on patio furniture and poolside seating... Or floating in the private pool in provided pool toys and floats. Enjoy cooler nights out back grilling and watch a movie under the stars with a wheelable HDTV provided from the Main bedroom. Enjoy and help yourself to any fruit from our trees when they're in season (mango... late Spring, avocado... Summer and early Fall, lychee... Summer).
