This unit is Brand New to our Rental Program! It has Brand New Living Room Furniture and includes a Sleeper Sofa! There is a King Bed located in the Master Bedroom and Two Queen size Beds in the Guest Bedroom (super comfy!). This unit has a Large Balcony where you can walk right out from the Living Room or the Master Bedroom. The sunsets will take you breath away! This unit also comes with your own set of Complimentary Beach Chairs. The condo has hardwood floors throughout and the Owner has added all new bedding, decor & furniture! Book this condo and it will sure to impress!!!
This rental comes with two FREE Beach Chairs with Umbrella from March 1 - October 1.

PARKING is limited to 2 cars from May 1 to Labor Day of each year.
