Great Thanksgiving Vacation

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time on our Thanksgiving Vacation. The home is well equipped and could t be in a better location. It is close to everything but far enough from the crowd. We’ll definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Fantastic House with a View

This house was perfect! 144 steps to the beach and a pool. Everyone had their own bathroom and the street is very quiet. Highly recommend!

Excellent family vacation

Excellent location and home!! We enjoyed our stay, The property was alittle dirty when we arrived, my MIL and I cleaned up alot from the previous guests. But the beds were clean and everything was in working order. So we didn't mind. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful vacation and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

Beautiful home located right across the street from the beach. Perfect location for our family with 4 grandkids ages 4 and under. The older boys loved the bunk room and view from the deck was amazing. Lots of seating for everyone at the kitchen table and island. Bedroom and bath for each couple was nice with plenty of room for pack-n-play for each baby. Communication with Christy was excellent and check in was super easy. Hope to be back to stay again!

This house was perfect for our size family & the needs we had. My wife had some nonnegotiable on the list with 3b/3b & open areas with a pool for the kids & grandkids ... We had a great time & the expectations were met & accurate with pictures & descriptions... Wonderful Beach House

Absolutely loved this beach house. House was clean, well-stocked kitchen with sharp knives (yeah!), comfortable beds, easy access to the beach, beach was stunning, and I could go on. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy to use the pool, but we will definitely come back in the summer. Visit Schooners just down the block. And bring drip coffee for the pot. Thank you!

I will do this in bullets to make this easier but our stay was just absolutely amazing! -Very spacious and nicely decorated -Owner is VERY responsive and a delight to work with -The upper deck view is breathtaking -The beach is literally across the street -House came stocked with plenty of linens, towels, starters, soap -Very clean! -Parking enough for 4 small cars or 3 large ones WE WILL RETURN - THANK YOU CHRISTY!!!!

Great summer vacation!

Our group of 6 (3 adults, one teen, and 2 10-yr olds) had a fabulous week at Seaside Serenity! The house was so clean on arrival which helped set our minds at ease for our vacation. The house was well supplied with kitchen items, linens and towels, and extras for the beach and pool. Getting to the beach was so easy and quick and the section of beach was much less crowded than other areas we saw in either direction. It was nice having the pool as an alternative for the kids when we needed a beach break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to others looking for a great family vacation.

We loved our beach house. Just a few steps away from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor. This house was everything and more. GREAT location!!

Location is what made this stay worth the trip, across the street from public beach access and was easy walk to the beach… the house was mediocre at best… has wiring problems( they left notes on how to fix things when the outlets trip)…cleaning was mediocre!! Lots of dust hanging from ceiling fans.. jetted tub does not work( due to former guest flooding the bathroom had to cut jets off)… pool area not great… pump and jets only come on late at night and can’t swim at night due to no lights in pool area… sleeping arrangements were as stated and worked well for our family… plenty of towels and beach towels to use

Perfect!

The property is perfectly located on PCB's quiet east end just steps from the beach. Views across the gulf from deck are beautiful. The home is actually larger than appears in pictures. There is plenty of room to spread out for quiet time. Grandparents enjoyed the ground level bedroom. Adults took second floor and kids claimed the bunks. I didn't want to fight crowds, elevators and parking garages/permits. This home delivered. The private pool is an added bonus. Kids loved it. We cooked several times and wanted for nothing. Starter supplies are provided. Also, enjoyed the family photos throughout. It's a nice personal touch and confirms you're renting from a homeowner not an agency. Christy is responsive and addressed all our questions and concerns promptly prior to and during our stay. We will definitely return!

We both grew up vacationing in Panama City Beach, so this area has always felt like home. When we finally decided to buy our first investment property, choosing this quiet, beachside neighborhood just felt right—it’s the kind of place we’ve always loved coming back to.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many homes that only claim to be ‘steps from the beach,’ this one truly is. Just cross the quiet, lightly traveled Gulf Drive and you’re on the soft white sand—no busy roads, no long walks. From the home’s multiple decks, you can relax to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy beautiful views that make this location so special.
