**About this Space

Welcome to your beachfront paradise highlighting the most GORGEOUS view of the ocean! This condo offers exclusive private access to the beach and is conveniently located right next door to the very popular Wanna Wanna Beach Bar! The large bedroom is furnished with two new queen beds, while the living room boasts a comfortable full-sized sofa bed! Both areas come complete with a 4K-HD Smart TV. Enjoy the convenience of our private parking lot directly in front of the building, providing one parking space per guest.

Pet lovers are welcome! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet. VRBO charges for the first pet only, and we will send an additional request for $75 per extra pet beyond the first.

**The Space

It's all about the BREATHTAKING beach view! You'll be in awe of this newly designed Mid-Century Boho space, with comfortable beds, chairs, and more to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay.

You'll want to spend lots of time on the balcony taking in the ocean view while sitting in the Adirondack chairs and sipping on a cold drink!

The private beach access is just an elevator ride away, as are the oversized heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

Nothing beats the luxury of private beach access—just seconds from your door to the sandy shore!

**Guest access

You will have access to all of condo 302, plus common areas: coin or app operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot MUST have parking permit and a spot is NOT guaranteed), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and private stairs/path to beach.

You may be required to provide valid ID and pay a security deposit. Pets have a $75 per pet fee.

We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.

✔ This unit is amazing for proximity to the beach!
✔ La Internacional has a very nice pool which is heated in the winter.
✔ AC and heating is available.
✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
✔ Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the building.
✔ There are cameras at every entrance/exit facing outwards from the home. Cameras and the internet may not be covered, turned off, or manipulated in any way.
✔ We recommend you purchase your own travel insurance.

The ocean view was absolutely stunning. Was nice to hear the waves throughout the day. The beach chairs available to use were a nice surprise. The hot tub and heated pool have to be the cleanest we have ever encountered in our travels. We loved the beach being literally a few steps from the door.

Great view to the beach day or night (as advertised), it was just what we needed to unplug and relax. So close to the beach pretty convenient to go up to your room get a beer or get a margarita at the bar next door. Several neighbors were staying on previous years and we can see why. The building is very well maintained, definitely will come back.

Really a wonderful experience. The place was cozy. Well appointed the beach view was wonderful. Had a great time off-season there aren’t many options for late night or food. This is mostly during the day and things close early. Other than that we had a wonderful time would highly recommend and can’t wait to return

The condo was in perfect proximity to the beach and had easy access to the building’s pool and hot tub. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and waves in the evening. Many of the other people staying in the building are regulars and were very nice.

Close to the Beach? No! On the beach!

The experience could not have been better! It was a last minute decision, over July 4th. We took a chance and it worked out great! The condo is nice, well stocked and the location is phenomenal! The balcony overlooks the beach. In fact it may be the closest to the beach of ANY property on South Padre!

Great value property with a view

This is an older complex with a great location and great view. Right next door to The Wanna Wanna bar which is great during the day for a place to grab a bite or a drink. It is not a light night spot so no noise at night. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub. They along with the beach are literally right at the door of the unit. once you go down the elevator. Although the furniture may look a little sparse or dated, the host has done a great job anticipating guest's needs with very nice pans and utensils and comfortable beds. Great coffee pot that does carafes or k cups and had all the basic appliances. The host left us plenty of coffee, TP, shampoo, garbage bags and dishwashing detergent and dishwasher pods. There was even extra individually wrapped razors and toothbrushes in the bathroom in case you forgot yours. Under the bed were beach chairs and an umbrella. We had one maintenance issue of the big eye on stove not working and they had it fixed that morning. Very responsive. Great value for the money, great view, great location and great host.
