We stayed here two years ago but it was booked last year for the weekend we could come. It is a wonderful cabin and Rachel was very kind and helpful. We will be back. The drive is eas to get to the house and the views are outstanding.

This cabin has an absolutely amazing view! My mother, who was visiting us from Korea, especially loved it. We all had a wonderful time here and really enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It was a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with a fantastic view. We saw both the sunset every evening from the rear patio and on the last morning of our stay we were up early and saw the full moon set over the mountains out back. Home is very comfortable, there are stairs up to the loft bedroom and stairs down to the lower level where the second bedroom and second family room are. Main bedroom with king bed is on main level. We stayed 9 days and I could have stayed longer. There is so much to do and the area is beautiful. If you want to take the train from Blue Ridge to McCaysville reserve early they fill up. Best restaurant we ate at, they were all good, was the Tacoma Riverside restaurant. Sit outside on the patio before the sun goes down. The history of the area is on a plague down the street by huge river rocks. The river and view are worth the drive. Lots of deer in the area and they love corn!! We had them every morning and evening. Sat it the hot tub and watched the deer and sunset at the same time!! that was a first for me.

Communication with the host from the moment we booked, throughout our stay, and upon checkout was excellent. The home was clean and comfortable. Our boys loved the foosball table and the downstairs media area was great for playoff football. Would absolutely recommend Almost Heaven to any families looking for a quiet getaway.

Cabin was so cute with AMAZING views. Paved roads all the way up the mountain to the cabin with a circular driveway with room for several vehicles. The host was friendly and always very quick to reply with any questions.
