Host and communication was great! Had one small hiccup with the ignitor not working on the grill but a lighter fixed that. The owner communicated that they were going to fix it! This place had more supplies than any place I have stayed in the 10 years I've been coming to Orlando! Several trash bags, lots of kitchen utensils, pans and dishes. Just a pleasure to come and stay at a place that everything works!!

This Upstay stay was absolutely AMAZING! The home looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean. Every time there were concerns, the communication was always open and prompt. Our trip was made relaxing upon walking through the door. Check-in was easy with an awesome and fragrant ambiance upon entering. I would book again!

World Cup

11 guys traveled to play paintball World Cup in Florida and we needed a villa that could accommodate us and this villa was perfect for us plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of open space just to chill out after a long day playing. The villa was super clean and plenty of towels and kitchen had everything we needed and more. The outside pool and hot tub was perfect and we added the heating option and that was great. Communication was superb and really helped make it super easy for us. If we play World Cup again we will just stay again Many thanks Darren 10 man World Cup champions 2024

Nice Property, yet

House is beautiful. Furniture and decor was very nice. Ten bedrooms, eight baths, 2 living rooms, a pool & hot tub, and a garage game room. The kitchen had two dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, nice a spacious with plenty of cookware & dishes. Most of the beds were very comfortable, a couple were not. Four pillows each bed, very soft and cozy. The couch was amazing in the living rooms. Neighborhood was quite and nice. The clubhouse was nice. The pool is quite large & the hot tub was hot although does not bubble. There is tons of things to do nearby in town. We did forget a few things when we left, they contacted us and we made arrangements were made to ship to us. Our biggest con was the hot tub. We knew the pool could be heated, but we didn’t care about that. We don’t care for a pool that feels like bath water. However, the hot tub apparently is ice cold too. There is a $35/day charge to use the hot tub. We didn’t see or know this until after we booked and asked through email. Overall, we would stay here again if given the chance.

This place is poorly managed, they are not doing a great job in cleanliness or upkeep.Of note:- hairs in sheets- melted chocolate on couch, dinging room chair, and pool stick- leak in first floor master bathroom (from fan)- stains across carpet- scuffs on floorboards- pool was "over stabilized" really unsafe (beyond the legal limit)- bad fridge water filters- cobwebs- broken bed frames- kitchen trash foot pedal is broken- hot garage (not great when you want to use the pool table)The payment had to be done outside of VRBO, which makes you feel a bit like you might be being scammed. Especially when the property manager texts and doesn't use the VRBO app to message often.Up charges for the pool heating (we knew this and were happy to pay, the heating was definitely worth it). If you aren't a pool conisuer like me, note that the hot tub only heats when the bubbles are on, and you are unable to hear anyone outside the hot tub. And once it is up to temp, and you turn it off, it cools off rather quickly as pool water is cycled in. We still enjoyed it though!We were surprised by pool maintnace visits on a few occassions during the 10 day stay. I expect with a VRBO to get a notice before people enter the property, so it was concerning the first time.The amount of bathroom soaps is small, and there were no provided salt/pepper, etc. Which you might expect in VRBO stays (the house was not run by the home owner).Overall we had a good time, but would not recommend.
