Quiet neighborhood. Check in process was easy and painless. Our code for the front door worked first try! Very pleased with the property and the amenities! The kitchen was well stocked and there was a hair dryer in every bathroom. We had plenty of room! Parking was right outside of the house and convenient.

This house was perfect for our trip for Volleyball Nationals. We had 11 people and we had plenty of room to spread out, relax, and unwind in between tournament events. Great property and great location! Felt like we were 20-30min from just about everywhere (Disney, Universal, Sea World, Convention Center, etc.).

Great stay overall. Came with family to visit Disney World. Have always stayed on property, this was a good location for first time off party. With lights and traffic we were usually 20-30 minutes to parking lots of the various parks. House was large and had all the amenities we needed. Even had a resident alligator that the cleaning lady fed when cleaning out the neighboring unit. Kids thought it was wild swimming in the pool with and 8 ft gator sunbathing about 10 yards away. Themed rooms were fun for the kids and theater room was great for MNF. Would consider staying in this neighborhood again.

We had an amazing family get together with all of our kids and their significant others. The rooms and space of the house was perfect. The communication between the owner and the contact person why we were there was prompt and helpful. Our only issue was the theater room needs to have many of their chairs replaced. Some of them were broken and had large tears in them. It was still a great experience getting to watch a movie on the big screen, but difficult to sit in a couple of them. All the appliances and amenities in the house were great and we were able to enjoy some homemade meals. All in all, a great place to stay.

This property was great for my 8 adult player volleyball team. We had plenty of space for group games, movies in the theatre room, and meals. We loved the private pool and the option of the lazy river/pool. It was a wonderful place to stay.
