The property was great. The furniture could use some upgrades and a deep cleaning. Overall it was a great place for our family we would rent this place again.

The property had many rooms for guests to stay in however, there were multiple things that were broken, including the stove top, some door handles, and there was hair on the bathroom shower. The game room is in the garage which I didn’t expect.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
I was not pleased with the overall communication. I did not get accurate information about parking, which cost me 80 and could have cost me 200. I was told there were trash bins at the house and there was not. There was no working way to lock the front door from the outside and was told that maintenance would come to fix and they didn't. I inquired about what we needed to do to get the hot tub heated and no one ever responded. I was given 2 different check out times (10 and 12). I did not enjoy this communication experience! This could have been a great experience if it were not for the bad communication.

We're reviewing with our guest support team the information you received about parking, trash and check-out time, and your question about heating the hot tub, and our maintenance team will check the front door lock. Clear and quick answers are what we aim for in every stay, and our team is available 24/7. We hope to have the chance to host you again.
