From unique dining to long sandy beaches…New Smyrna Beach is a great place for a family-friendly experience for your Florida vacation. This 3rd floor oceanFRONT unit is great just to sit on the unit's balcony and watch the activities on the pool deck and beach. The master bedroom, guest bedroom PLUS the living room all have TVs. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (heartbeats)...but 4 adults would be very comfortable. Beachy and well appointed. Great sunrises can be viewed from here. Come stay here and check it out...you will be pleasantly surprised!
