This is a wonderful unit. Everything was stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location is perfect. It was really nice having two pools-plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican in New Smyrna Beach! The apartment was clean and the amenities and grounds were well kept. The check in process had some glitches as the code we were sent did not work, and thus a bit nerve wracking. Once we reached the host we were able solve the issue to get in, everything else was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very nicely decorated. Fantastic view of beach and pools. We found quite of few issues though. We've stayed at the Pelican condominiums multiple times and experienced very nice owner provided amenities. Extra garbage bags, a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. It makes the trip feels so cozy as if it's your home. This unit lacked everything. The beach towels provided were extremely thin and not meant for the beach. Maybe to dry my windows after a car wash. No cleaning supplies under the sink for cleaning up after yourself. Bath towels were limited to 4 only. Understandable if your thought process is only 4 people 4 towels but since you are at the pool and beach you may shower more often but unfortunately you need to always dry your towels if you want to dry yourself. As to cleanliness, disappointing. Dark mold seen in shower ceiling where vent is located. If after every guest stay you spray it, it wouldn't accumulate. Same with sink in same bathroom, clean the water overflow area. Black gunk in it. Takes 2 seconds when spraying down the sink. Went to get an extra pillow, pillow cover had brown stains. Limited pillow cases. For an extra blanket found one folded nicely in dresser. Other dresser had one shoved in the draw very messy. Probably by a prior guest, so not cleaned. I'm sure the owners are not aware the room is not being cleaned properly. The unit is great but needs a better cleaning crew.

We loved everything about this condo. It was beautifully decorated & had perfect beach & ocean views. This condo is right near the elevator which was very convenient for us. It was stocked appropriately & had good sized TVs in both the bedroom & the living room which we enjoyed. My only complaint would be that the water pressure in the condo wasn't the best. Other than that it is a 10 out of 10.

Water pressure was very low!!! Needed larger skillet, no ice in the refrigerator, had to buy our own, no cushions on dining room chairs. the TV would never get a good reception and no channels to enjoy!

The place was very clean, with nice views of the ocean. Sunrises were beautiful! The beach was very clean and peaceful, not overly crowded and everyone was very friendly. Location was great! Definitely hope to go back again!
