Perfect Private Condo w/ Resort Amenities! Cozy & Close to Everything!

Beautiful and private 2-bedroom condo with 2 full baths in the small Bella Piazza community. Located on the third floor (just steps from the elevator), this vacation oasis offers you all of the comforts of home. The primary suite has a king bed with TV, en-suite bath complete with soaking tub and separate shower and private access to the balcony.  The second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed with an additional trundle bed along with TV and bean bag chairs.  The main bath has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. This lovely space has an open floor plan and so much more spacious than a hotel room! This vacation condo has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook some meals in to keep your budget inline or just to relax on-site to take in the amenities. There is dining table that seats four along with a counter bar with 2 barstools. The living room offers a smart TV with sofa & loveseat and a door out to the balcony with seating for 4-6.  This home has cable and smart TVs in both bedrooms and of course, the living room. On the balcony there are 4 chairs (2 with ottoman's for additional seating) and an electric BBQ grill approved by the resort.  The intimate complex of Bella Piazza has great amenities to add to your stay.  There are 2 pools, hot tub, poolside charcoal grills, kid friendly splash zone, fitness room, game room and a covered lanai with loads of seating and shade.  Lounge chairs are provided by the resort and pool towels are provided in your condo.

We had an enjoyable 3 week stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. One of the pools (with the hot tub) was in a great location to the condo. The elevator is also very convenient. The condo was clean when we checked in and had a good selection of kitchen items. We will return!

Very nice condo with all the amenities we needed. We stayed for a month and brought our dog. Pet friendly complex, quiet area tucked away just off the road. The complex had 2 pools that were well maintained and one has a jacuzzi and the other pool had a nice kids area with water features. Conveniently located to a Publix and restaurants and convenience stores. Short drive to Walt Disney World that we took advantage of. Check in was super easy and the host is very quick to respond to any questions or needs you have. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The condo was clean, and exactly as described on-line. The pool was nice (we used the one by the condo), although the chairs get taken early, so be prepared to get down to grab your spots. Publix was right there so easy to grab groceries. Lots of restaurants. Pretty quiet which was great for days I had to work. Wifi was great and was a strong signal. Overall, nice facility. Would come again.

Everything you need is provided.A little tlc wouldn't go amiss.Really dirty carpets in bedrooms.Shower full of mould.Walls full of scuff marks.Felt really dark inside.Some soft cushions needed for settees.

Wonderful time in Davenport

All in all we had a great stay in this condo! Stacey was great and was very quick to respond to all my questions! If I had anything negative to say it would be that the carpeting in the condo desperately needs to be replaced and that the noise from the traffic on the street that runs along this condo was very loud at times (out of her control). It would also be great if a comfortable chair was available in the living room! Everything else was as described in rental ad!!! Met some great people at this complex and at the pool and would definitely stay here again😀

Great unit, nice condo property

Been in a number of these units. The unit is pretty standard for the most part. As advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Couple small things we liked we haven't seen in other units: A wall mounted tablet like thing for getting local information, we're familiar with the area so we didn't use it much but likely great if your new to the area. Roku TV is nice upgrade from standard cable. The code pad lock vs many that use lockbox with key. Electric bbq. Lots of towels Bunk bed and pullout third bed under the bunk. (this might depend on who's staying but for our kids this was prefect) One potential upgrade would be the master mattress. It wasn't bad, just basic spring mattress, pillow top mattress would have been more preferable.

wir hatten vom 30.10. - 13.11.2024 eine wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. hatten uns wie zuhause gefühlt, es fehlte uns an nichts! Wohnung und Poolanlage wie beschrieben „ Top „ wir können es mit guten Herzen weiterempfehlen. zu bemängeln gab es nichts!!! We had a wonderful time in the holiday apartment from October 30th to November 13th, 2024. We felt at home, we didn't lack anything! Apartment and pool area as described "Top" we can recommend it wholeheartedly. There was nothing to complain about!!!

We are Michiganders who LOVE Florida and Disney! My husband and I both work in real estate and also run 2 non-profit agencies in Michigan - one for cancer support and one for homeless prevention. Our kids and grandkids are here in Michigan so we are here for the long haul but like to escape the winter blues to seek out sunshine and warmth whenever possible! We love to walk, read, drink good wine :) and relax whenever possible.

Why they chose this property

Our condo felt like home to us when we walked in the door and we want to share it with you to enjoy as well! We bought a condo in Florida so we can use it whenever we would like but wanted to be able to rent it out when we weren't there. We do not own tons of rentals so we do treat this like our own home and hope you will enjoy it that way as well! We love the pool areas and ease to access the pool from this condo. It is very quiet and the balcony is a great space to read a book and sip a glass of wine! We fell in love with the Bella Piazza community when we were touring properties because of the amenities available and the smaller size of the community. Having the grocery store right there under a half mile away was a bonus, too! But the quiet setting was key for us! We love that there is a pool right at the first floor of our building that is more of a quiet pool Of course, having grandkids, we also really appreciated having the kids splash pad area, game room and all of those wonderful things right in the community as well!

What makes this property unique

The location is great but it isn't the full reason we chose this condo. The third floor location in the building makes the condo quiet. The quiet pool is located right at this building which is a plus! And having an elevator to help haul up groceries and all of that was wonderful! We have been working on updating our home away from home and purchased new kitchen items, new furniture (including comfortable patio furniture) and fun things for the kids to use. We pay attention to the details and when someone reports something out of line (maybe a broken item or some extra wear on something) we take care of it right away! We want you to be as comfortable there as we are! Close to EVERYTHING without having to fight the traffic around Disney if you don't want to. We loved the tiki bar at the adjacent community and the ability to walk over to the store if needed or even to grab a bite to eat! It is the perfect place to go and relax - whether you want to go to Disney, Universal and all that or just stay right there in the condo community and chill every day.
