Awesome Townhome Beautiful Lake! Clean! Near EPIC Universal Disney Convention

The upstairs bedroom is very large, approximately 20 ft x 14 ft - that's huge! with two double beds and two nightstands. The living room has a 90" sofa that reclines on both ends, a side chair, and a recliner. The kitchen table has 4 chairs and is open to the living room. The photos show the space exactly as it is. The downstairs bedroom is also a good size approximately 15' x 14'. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled. I have never had any complaints about highway noise inside the unit and it's very quiet on the back patio looking at the lake. I'm sorry this family felt crowded. All the info and photos in my listing are accurate. Please read other reviews. They average 4.5-5 stars. Basket of goodies to welcome you and 3 big screen TVs.

I hear you! I'm calling Direct TV today to find out what they can do to get it to one remote. Meanwhile, I'm updating the welcome manual with pictures and clear explanation to turn TV's on more easily. Thank you for your very positive review!

Yes, there was an unfortunate leak. The repair had to wait until guest move out as it required working inside as well. The guest opted to stay rather than move between townhomes during their visit. I did all possible to provide good service, offer alternative options and respond to their needs. We try to be very thorough with cleaning. In Florida especially next to lakes, we do see some palmetto bugs and treat regularly. As noted no living insects were observed. It is likely the one they found under the sofa managed to expire after it was cleaned. The cleaning staff cleans under, over, behind everything. They will always make a return visit if anything is amiss. In fact, a concerned cleaning person was at the property within 1 hour of their call about finding the bug. I suspect that the insect problem stemmed from the leak as none have been seen since the repair completion. We are a small private community of townhomes. There are some owners who live out of the state or country and are not easily contacted. The Home Owner's Association was informed about the glass. The clean up did take a couple of days until the lawn service people did their regular work. I personally maintain the outdoor landscaping of my townhomes so that your entry is always nice. The rates are wonderful for this great location. Guest satisfaction is very important to me. I am always sure to give guests my personal cell number so that should they have any concerns I can be reached immediately. Your feedback is appreciated which helps to improve the townhome. I'm always trying to do more to add to your enjoyment - have replaced the DVD player too!
