Navarre Beach Regency 103 offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, 1,500 square feet, and accommodations for up to eight guests. Everything was great. However, we did have furniture delivery during our stay as well as an issue with the heat and TV did not work after the furniture was delivered, but other than that, our stay was great. We loved the condo and the facility!

The condo was beautiful with beautiful views although being on the 1st floor you can't see the ocean very well. You have to go out . Check in was not so amazing. They ask for all the names and ages of everyone coming and and all the agreement signatures required are a bit much. But they were helpful and friendly whenever I had to contact them.

What an amazing place! Somewhat disappointing on supplies (no salt/pepper, 1 roll of TP for each bathroom, etc.) This seems to be the trend for management properties, but no bueno.

The rental property was clean. The equipment in the kitchen was dated and enough to serve the listed number of people.I had problems with the door code being deleted after first week. Through many phone calls I got the problem corrected. The door lock was difficult to lock; needs some maintenance.

The best location

We absolutely loved this place! The location was so perfect. Being on the beach plus having a pool was amazing! The place was clean and just as described. Loved that it was near the elevator. We enjoyed the stay and will be back! Communication was quick with owner and that was nice. Only issue was we couldn’t get the door to lock at first but then realized if we pull the door and then push the key it locks immediately. The other thing we didn’t like was 9am check out. That’s a little too early for us. Wished it would have been closer to 11am. Other than that no complaints at all. Beautiful place!
