Relax in our fully gated, comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home just minutes from the Texas Medical Center.

Each of our 3 bedrooms includes a queen bed, and our game room includes a foosball table.

Our full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and essentials for easy meal prep. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and a BBQ pit for outdoor grilling in a private yard. Perfect for families or groups, our home offers a welcoming, convenient stay in Houston.

The space is loacted a few blocks from the Texas Medical Center, and just a short 10-minute drive to Downtown/NRG stadium. Our home is near the Texas Medical Center making it an ideal choice for medical professionals or patients seeking convenient accommodations.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1. ID verification, Security Deposit and Signed Guest Agreement (See #10)
2. No Events allowed
3. No Loud Music - Quiet Hours - 10 PM to 7AM
4. We have a cameras at the front door and at the side of the home facing the street.
5. Pets are allowed with a fee for stays over 7 nights!
7. SAME DAY check-ins, please message to confirm check-in time.
8. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.
9. Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.

10. We require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($39) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We stayed here for a quick weekend at the Livestock Show & Rodeo. The location was perfect for a quick commute there and back. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and quaint. The yard however kept collecting trash in it and I had to notify the owners several times about it. Even though the house was adequate, the neighborhood was a little seedy. Everyday when I left the house there was a constant smell of weed smoke in the air. The house next door, which is owned by the same people, grass was never cut and the property was vacant. There was also an attempted break-in next door but the burglars left when they saw us

Close to MD Anderson

The property was ideal for proximity to MD Anderson which was why we were in town. A couple of things need improvement - the yard desperately needs tending, and the recycle bin was full of recycles on our arrival and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time - flies everywhere. There were no hangers in any of the three closets and no kitchen sponges (both of these last two items were addressed as soon as I notified the manager/owner). The house is small but cozy, couches could be more comfortable and kitchen could be better equipped, but for a place to sleep while my husband had surgery it fit the bill. Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery and then we had to leave early to go back to Florida to re-start chemotherapy and the host refused to refund any of the additional three weeks that we didn't even use. That was disappointing.

Thanks for the review! Our home is small, but cozy as detailed in our description. We are constatnly upgrading our supplies to make sure we meet guest expectations! We have a more consistent lawn guy these days as well.
