Perfect stay

This stay was such a great find. 11/10 The owners are super nice. The property is very clean and the small details are definitely noticed and appreciated. So many wonderful amenities! Especially loved having the beach chairs! The onlyyyy thing I would suggest is adding a full body mirror. Other than that they had everything we needed including fans, blow dryer, extra fans and even ice for the coolers provided! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

A wonderful but short stay in the outer Banks.

Our family, consisting of two adults a young toddler and a small dog, had a wonderful time on a brief getaway from the DC metro area to spend time at the beach. The property and the owners were phenomenal. The space was perfect with two bedrooms that were separated by a bathroom. Since our stay was quite short the kitchenette was perfect for us and was well stocked with surprisingly high quality kitchen utensils and other related supplies. Three highlights of her stay include 1. The cleanliness of the property, it's probably the cleanest property we've been at. 2. The owners were very easy to contact and actually helped us get back in right after we checked out to grab our dog leash which we left behind by mistake, and 3. There was access to a lot of great amenities including the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Wright brothers national memorial. If you're looking for a great quiet getaway with easy access to all the amenities including grocery stores restaurants and the beach, highly recommend.

We did not get to stay very long because we were stopping through but the place was amazing! Perfect location and all the amenities needed. My kids loved it too! Makes it an easy decision for us to come and stay again! Communication and checkin was seemless!

Mom’s Birthday Getaway

My mom requested a beach trip for her birthday so I tried to surprise her as much as I could considering she’s an amputee which makes it hard to book rooms in certain locations I contacted the host prior to booking to make sure it would accommodate my mom and it was superb she was very comfortable easy to get in and out with her walker she could also move around freely. They provided everything you can think of for a beach getaway, walking distance to the shopping center which is great if you don’t want to drive and minutes from the beach. One of the cleanest places I ever stayed, will definitely stay again!

Baseball tournament

We can for our son's baseball tournament and had a wonderful time at this rental!! They have spwcial touches that make everything so special. We loved the ganes we could play at night with the kids. Its not on the besch but thr lovation is great!

Loved Nauti Beaches -- perfect home for our vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Nauti Beaches and would (will) definitely rent it again for future vacations! The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the attention to detail and the extra comforts that you don't find in mass-managed rentals. Examples include snacks on arrival, full-sized shampoo and conditioner, a well-stocked desk with mouse pad, and lots of spices. We also really appreciated the location -- 6-ish blocks to the beach in one direction and 5-ish blocks to public access to the sound. The location is also walking distance to many amenities, including a grocery store. Kill Devil Hills is also a great central OBX location. The two king-sized beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms have plenty of drawer and closet space. For those considering Nauti Beaches, there are three things to note -- not bad, just good to know up front. First, there is no dishwasher. This was no problem for us -- we didn't dirty many dishes and there is a nice drying rack. Second, there is no range (stove and full-size oven.) However, there is a large, high-quality toaster oven, plus an electric griddle and an Instapot. You can make things like eggs and bacon on the griddle, and you can make rice or pasta or any number of other things in the instapot. There isn't much you can't cook with all the appliances provided. Third, there is no washer and dryer, but they do provide plenty of towels, including beach towels. Overall, a fabulous rental!

Steve and Liz have vacationed in OBX since they were both young kids. They brought their children to OBX beaches almost every summer. They love the beach, river, boating and anything water related. They take pride in their rental units and hope to make their guests comfortable with amenities that will make them feel like they are right at home on vacation. They are available anytime through the VRBO app and sometimes are on site. They are very responsive to guests and answer all questions promptly.

Why they chose this property

**5 minute drive to beach** Nauti Beaches is centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills near many local restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and Target. Bay Drive is a few blocks away with a walking/running/bicycling path with great views of the sunset. Beach is a 3-5 minute drive or you can walk to the beach. Beach access parking is free except for a few piers. Steve and Liz provide drip coffee with supplies, linens, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, light snack and a few bottles of water upon arrival, fully equipped kitchenette, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, sound machine, wall mounted lighted mirror in the bathroom, and so much more. Two parking spaces are available on site free of charge.
