The main level offers a stunning living room with a stone fireplace, an open floor plan, and a priceless view of the Lake. Relax in the main suite, two guest bedrooms, two baths & laundry. Lower level 2nd Fireplace, theater room with games, poker table, Large flat screen TV with theater seating. Outside features large upper & lower decks, hot tub, dock/ slips. kiddo's room play area.

It's not a busy part of the Lake. Great for boating and waverunner.
What makes this property unique
Bring your boat. There is a nice dock and boat slip. We are in the area of 56 MM. Launch your boat at the marina before coming to the home. Coffman Bend Marina, you pass it on the way. Bring a lock and leave your trailer at the marina. There are no parking trailers down at the home. There is no turnaround road. Thank you,

For boat rentals, we suggest booking online with Station 46 Marina. They will pick you up at the dock, take you over to do paperwork, and you will leave with your boat rentals. Call 573-895-6001 for more information.
