Welcome to Pinewood Lodge! You'll immediately feel at home in this modern lodge located in picturesque Waynesville. Single level living complete with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a covered deck. Keep warm by the oversized stone fireplace in the great room and take in the views from the panoramic windows. The Primary Suite is furnished with a king size bed and includes a stone fireplace with gas logs, flat screen TV and private access to the covered deck. A second bedroom with a queen size bed also has private access to the covered deck. The third bedroom includes double sized bunk beds, oversized bean bag chairs and a Wii gaming station. Well appointed kitchen with a Mr. Coffee/Keurig coffee maker, microwave/air-fryer, oversized refrigerator and gas range. Enjoy the mountain views on the large covered deck, roast s'mores in one of the two outdoor fire pits, relax in the claw-foot tub or entertain in the outdoor grilling area with a built-in bar table. Board Games included. Home is just minutes from beautiful downtown Waynesville, downtown Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska. Only 30 minutes to Asheville and The Biltmore, 20 minutes to Cherokee, and a short drive to skiing. As a Four Seasons home, you have close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Harrah's Casino and Cataloochee Ski Resort. Activities include fishing, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, skiing, snow tubing, viewing the elk, and more. Wireless Internet, Gas Grill and Firewood provided. Covered carport, paved driveway, full sized washer & dryer and lower level parking make this a convenient choice.

Loved the lay out in the house and the outdoor space but did not like the second bathroom with the tub. Hard to use not very user friendly. The rest to the house was a pleasant great place to enjoy!

Pinewood Lodge Stay

Kitchen could use different cooking pans very scratched & oven needs cleaning but rest of kitchen nice. Large living room & couch very nice. Guest bath tub, slipping hazard even though it has a bar. Guest bath & primary bath sinks very high & not user friendly. All blankets & bed covers should be washed after every guest leaves. Overall the house is very dusty & needs a good cleaning but comfortable. Outside fire pit, grill area & all seating great. Area close to town & golf courses a plus.

Great house

Beautiful house with all the amenities we could want and more. Many nice touches. Great kitchen for cooking. Very quiet. Mountain View with nice sunsets. Found a yoga studio close by. Haywood county farmer’s market was terrific, lots of local organic produce there. All good!

Home was very nice and exactly as seen in the pictures. It was actually larger in person to us which was a nice surprise. Home was clean and check-in and out was a breeze. Prior quests trash bags were left in trash can but we just took all of ours to the local solid waste in town which was very easy at check out. Everything you need is in the home, we just bought some groceries and we were set for the stay. Communication was quick and response was within minutes. The home is beautiful, large open concept living room with all updated appliances. Nice fireplace. The entry driveway is very inclined but I found it fun driving up to the top. Overall, very nice home but I wish it was in a better location. The homes down the road are a bit run down but we just drove into town many times with no issues. It’s quiet at night and far away enough from the town to relax.

Fall Getaway

We visit Waynesville twice a year and this is by far our best rental experience! The home is gorgeous, clean and has everything you need! It’s a new home with a gorgeous fire pit and porch! The kitchen and living area is so fun to cook and gather as a family! The home is so close to town but has a feeling of a higher elevation home. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your stunning home!

Beautiful home

All i can say is Wow! We have rented a lot of vacation houses in the last 15 years and this is one of my favorite . The kitchen has everything ypu need and the master bath has a river rock shower that makes you feel like you're in nature ! The best part was the firepit we made smores and roasted hot dogs every nite. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone ! Thanks for the memories .

Beautiful lodge. Dangerous situation in guest bath/shower. Shower curtains way too long, slick and dangerous in tub shower floor. Someone very lax with inspections. As a renter; i should have looked closer myself.

Perfect getaway at Pinewood Lodge

This property is brand new. The details that are provided are accurate, but they do not include the details inside. The decor is beautiful and the theme is carried throughout the house. It has all the amenities you could ask for to help you enjoy a relaxing stay. The location is perfect for those seeking to enjoy day trips! Anything that you might want to enjoy is within an hour to hour and a half drive (Asheville, Gatlinburg, Blueridge Pkwy, Franklin, Sylva, Dillsboro, Cherokee etc. etc.). Would definitely recommend…I know we’ll be back!!

Like-new Waynesville Rental

We thought maybe we were the first renters. Immaculate with all utensils, etc. we needed. Great wi-fi (we worked every day), access to all TV-related programs. Sinks in master are a little high but it's a great home and we will be back. (I almost thought about a bad review so no one else rents it and it's available when WE want it, but that wouldn't be right now, would it?)

Exciting stay! Home was

Home and outside were great. We met the awesome neighbors when Helene came through. One brought paper plates and some " commode flushing" water. Another brought drinking water. The builder came to check roof after storm dropped limbs on metal roof all night. We lost power, water, and all communication. Another neighbor cut trees acoss road so we could get out. Had to come home a day early. Took at least 2 exrra hours due to damage everywhere. But great place.

Quiet

The home is newer, therefore appliances and home furnishings are reflective of that. The driveway is very steep but doable. The neighbors were quiet and the view very nice. There were a few little things that needed attention, but with our shorter stay we just reported them to the prop manager to address for the next renter. I’m a very short 5’ 0” person and found the bathroom sinks a bit of a challenge to reach, but stools were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Lots of kitchen helpers like blender, stand mixer, etc. Washer/dryer easy to figure out. The fire pit area is very nice with four chairs provided and two benches. Plenty of firewood provided. Gas fireplace very nice. Outside garbage receptacle's were not provided due to bears in area, so had to take our trash to town before leaving. TV’s were newer and with persistence we figured them out to stream. Overall, a very nice home away from home. We enjoyed our stay in Waynesville and hope to come back again.
