Not as Advertised

We actually didn’t stay the night. We arrived to the property to find loud, drunk, partying neighbors. Half of my group braved the crowd to look at the unit only to find safety bars for the entrance making us feel even more unsafe. It also advertised a private parking lot but failed to mention it would not accommodate a large SUV. So in addition to the other issues we would have had to park in the street. Based on the listing and other reviews we had very different expectations and were extremely disappointed with the reality of this listing. If you are looking for a party and have fairly low standards this place would work for you. If you are looking for a secure, family friendly stay then you may need to look at something else. The owner/manager said based on their video and audio recordings (one of which I am not sure is legal) they would not be offering a refund as none of their devices showed the party happening in the shared yard. It was bad enough that despite not receiving a refund we chose to forfeit our nearly $600 and drive back home.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the location! The property was clean. They had nice cookware too! The beds could be replaced. But overall it was a great experience!
