A golf cart is provided free with the rental of the house, but it does require a completely refundable deposit once the paperwork is signed.

Comes with everything you will need for an amazing beach vacation including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, and beach toys.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need! Both a Nespresso and a Moccamaster are setup on the coffee bar for your morning coffee needs. The closest Publix is right across the main road for all your groceries!

The living room has an 85 in TV with great wifi for all your entertainment needs!

When not at the beach, relax in the tranquil backyard in the hottub or on the swing. Enjoy your evenings sitting out under the stars by the fire pit.

There is space for 1 car in the garage with access to 30 amp plug for EV charger. The house is powered by solar panels to help promote clean energy!

The backyard has high quality turf installed to make backyard activities easy and fun without worrying about getting covered in sand or dirt.
