----2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and laundry. Kitchenette. (BR 1 - queen bed, BR 2 - one queen bed and one twin bed)
Location- 2 minute drive to grocery stores (Rams and Value Mart) 5 minute drive to Pinneys Beach and Restaurants
Family friendly 1 acre property with Main house, Guest house, fenced pool, large flat yard, gardens, fruit trees, cement walking path and views of Nevis Peak and Caribbean Sea.

There are multiple outdoor seating areas including dining and lounge furniture. Pool deck has dining table for 6 and lounge couch and chair seating for 6. Gazebo has lounge chairs for 3. Main house patio has dining for 4 and lounge couch/chair for 4. Main house also has a second floor covered porch with seating for 4-5.

Property is furnished with high quality comfortable furniture from US brands including Pottery Barn, Williams & Sonoma Home, Serena & Lily, Annie Selke and Polywood outdoor furniture.

Children’s Amenities: Crib, bassinet, safety gates and high chair available. Toys, books and puzzles available.

This is one of the few properties that requires no stairs to enter the main house and guest house.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood 500ft above sea level. Minutes from grocery, restaurants, town, playground and Pinney's beach.

What can I say? It was very peaceful and relaxing. There was nothing that was lacking. I have a one year old and he found toys which was a plus. There was enough room for everyone. The on island host was very responsive. It was great to be back after 20yrs. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

I am a returning visitor to the island and I loved the property. The landscaping is amazing with all the variety of fruit trees and the walking path made it so easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, plenty of room for my three children to swim and play without being on top of one another. The location was perfect, far enough away to have privacy but close enough to get to the grocery stores in 3 minutes, town in 5 minutes and Pinney’s beach is just a 7 drive away.

Family holiday with our dad.

This property looked exactly as the pictures online. Breathtaking views, beautiful pool and all the amenities a group of 11 needed. We took our dad back to his home country for a family holiday but we wanted to all be together and have a relaxing private space. This was THE most ideal property for that!!!

The landscaping was beautiful 10/10.The house itself just needed a few touch ups.The water in the main house bath tub was not draining property. The outside door knob and locks are very old and hard to turn. The porch could use a power wash. The main gate is also old and takes a while to open and close. For the daily price i expected more.

Thank you for staying with us. We have a wonderful maintenance staff on island and encourage guests to reach out immediately with any concerns. A few clarifications for future guests: The main gate is not old and the electronic components were replaced within the year. The gate is slow to open and this is not unusual for the island. We are fortunate to have this automation as the majority of gates on Nevis are manual and require you to get out of your car to open and close them. Please note, there is no bath tub on the property. There are only walk in showers. This guest visited the island during hurricane season when humidity is high and heavy rains are frequent. This can cause doors to stick at times. Our maintenance team is available to assist if this occurs.

Fabulous House!

The Captain’s House is spacious, beautiful, well-stocked with a lovely pool (great for swimming laps) and glorious 360 view that includes a good bit of ocean. There is always a lovely breeze and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. This home is perfect for family groups as there is plenty of space to spread out. It was also great for just my husband and me. Very quiet and private yet close to the best restaurants,grocery store, and beaches. The house manager, Buckey, was readily available and so helpful. Thank you so much Vanessa. We had a wonderful time.

Nice View, Good Location, Lots of Different Places to Relax

We stayed here for 2 weeks & we really had a good time on the island and in the house! The house have a nice view, good location (close to town, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants etc), it feels very private and there is a big garden to play in. What we really liked are the different places you can relax at - by the pool, balcony, pergola, on the grass or under the umbrella! The inside of the house have good space for cooking, a nice living room & fresh bedrooms with AC and wardrobes in every room. A big plus that there is access to a washing machine and a dryer.

Very Special Family vaca

If I could give this house and entire experience a 10 star rating, I would. Vanessa was an absolutely wonderful help to me when planning our trip. She arranged for transportation from the airport as well as our rental van, and made sure we had forms filled out and processed well ahead of time to ensure a smooth experience. When our flight was delayed and we could not cross over to Nevis due to the late hour and rough seas, she even booked hotel rooms on Kitts for us so that we had a place to sleep the first night. Vanessa treated us like we were family. Derek (the manager) was amazing too. Very responsive to all needs. The house itself is awesome! Plenty of room for all of us (7 adults) to have our own space when needed. The pool house was perfect for my husband and I to have our own private space with separate bedrooms for a great night's sleep for both of us!! The kitchen is a cook's kitchen. We ate in a lot and found everything we needed from sharp knives to skillets. My husband (a competitive Master's swimmer) was able to do laps in the pool and keep to his work-out schedule. The landscaping is incredible. The view of Mt. Nevis amazing!! The rental is worth every penny. However the best thing about this property are the "uninvited guests". Entire families of monkeys came to play in our trees every morning. They were so much fun to watch. I have some amazing pictures. If we make it back to Nevis for future vacations, I won't consider staying anywhere else.
