On-site shared laundry. One tandem parking spot for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to The Pier, Palace Playland rides, arcades, dining, nightlife, weekly fireworks & all that Downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Located in close proximity to a pay to park public parking lot & grocery stores. Come relax & unwind in this beautiful condo, nestled in a lovely beach town!
