Fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop/oven, microwave, electric fireplace, & Bluetooth speaker. Daily necessities also included. Very clean, non-smoking unit. On-site shared laundry. One tandem parking spot for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to The Pier, Palace Playland rides, arcades, dining, nightlife, weekly fireworks & all that Downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Located in close proximity to a pay to park public parking lot & grocery stores. Come relax & unwind in this beautiful condo, nestled in a lovely beach town!

1 BR Cozy Condo was simply perfect for our weekend get-away to OOB. The property was extremely clean, newly renovated and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. While this little gem is not directly on the water (as advertised), it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the ocean. In fact, we didn’t use our car the entire stay due to the convenience of everything nearby. Our host was extremely responsive and she even offered to mail a shirt to us that we accidentally left behind. Would have no hesitation staying here again! It was a lovely stay!

Sparkly clean. Equipped with everything we needed. Loved parking the car and walking to the boardwalk and restaurants. The only surprise was the train so close to the condo

This condo exceeded expectations. It was definitely a "home away from home" experience. The hosts provided everything and anything to help make our stay easy and comfortable. The place was tastefully decorated, amenities for daily living needs at our fingertips, very clean and very comfortable accommodations.... keyless access so one does not need to fumble with keys at the beach!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Host was excellent. Good communication. Literally steps to the beach. Loved the reserved parking spot. Bathroom is very tiny, but it’s exactly as shown in photos. Perfect for a couple. The only criticism I would give is the bed is very firm. If you are used to a cushy topper or memory foam you may find it a bit difficult to adjust to. We were worn out from the day so it wasn’t an issue with us.

Small yet cozy! This unit was perfect for our couples getaway. We were impressed with the cleanliness and location. Just steps to enjoy a morning stroll on the beach. Great location!

Just steps from the beach and not far from the pier! Somewhat loud during the day with the Amtrak and beachgoers, but quieted down overnight. Very clean and well equipped for cooking if you so choose. We would definitely return!
