Come relax and unwind at the oasis on the river. Perfect cozy space to host your family or for a romantic getaway. Our home is located right on the Weeki Wachee spring with a private dock that provides access directly to the spring. Feel free to grab a kayak or paddle board from onsite and head out to the water! While on the patio, keep a look out for manatees or other wild life that might be swimming by. The fun doesn't stop once the sun sets, get the fire pit started and make some smores! The vacation may not last forever, but the memories you will make here, sure will!

The Perfect Vacation

This was the perfect place for a vacation. The house was very welcoming and had everything to make us feel at home. The view was breathtaking and seeing the manatees was an added bonus. The paddle board, kayaks and fire pit made this the perfect place for everyone to enjoy.

The Best Birthday Ever

We were staying at Kristin’s place for our son’s 10th birthday. Kristin left a sweet welcome basket and had everything for a comfortable weekend. We grilled, swam, used the paddleboard and kayak even made a fire for s’mores. We made a day trip to Crystal River to snorkel with manatees her location was so beautiful compared to anything in the Crystal River area and an easy commute there. My kids are already asking to plan a trip back and we were sad to go!

Beautiful home on Weeki!

I absolutely loved this house and location, very close to hospital hole, Roger’s Park and Upper Deck! Highly recommend staying here for romantic getaway and or family fun.

This house was perfect for my husband’s birthday party! We were able to kayak Weeki Wachee, spent a day at the State Park, and rented a boat for a day!

First time springs trip

Our first time visiting a spring and this location and house was perfect. Well stocked, clean, plenty of activities on site. The covered area under the house was perfect for hanging out and staying cool. The water was crystal clear and very refreshing. Amazing experience.

Lil get away

I enjoyed my stay here, very nice location and the house was very clean, check in process was simple. Only downside was the internet was out during the stay so we had to rely on cell service but being at Weeki wachee, it wasn’t a problem. The property owner replied in a timely manner and offered to have someone come out to fix the internet but I didn’t see it as necessary.

Spring Break Vacay

We had an absolute blast sharing the beauty of the Florida Springs with our family from North Carolina. The host was super quick to answer any questions we had and overall helpful. The house was lovely and perfect amount of space. It came with board games which we loved using as well as kayaks and paddle boards. The fire pit was awesome at night and came with s’mores stuff which was thoroughly enjoyed. Would love to stay again had an amazing time. Towels and blankets were provided as well as a washer and dryer in the pantry.

PERFECTION ON THE RIVER

Unbelievable from the start! Spacious and incredibly well stocked! Welcome basket was a special touch :) The location is fantastic for whatever your plan is. We walked to Roger’s Park with our kids, kayaked daily to the hospital hole and farther, fished from the dock, and even swam with the use of the floating mat and tubes. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Thank you so much for having us! You have a very special home :)

Just book it!

This house couldn’t be more perfect, it’s beautiful, stylish, fully appointed with everything you need from beach towels, board games, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, and even a welcome basket with all you need for s’mores and wood for the bonfire! The location was fantastic we could just step outside and hop in a kayak and get on the water. You can walk to Rogers park and a nearby restaurant. We saw manatees and swam and had the best time, the kids are begging to return to this specific house every year because none of the others compare!

The pictures of this place does not do it justice! This place is beautiful inside and out! Whether you like to sit on the porch and read, go kayaking, or go on the boat, this place has something for everyone. The parking is a little bit tight so if you’re bringing a boat or have lots of family members coming, try to consolidate into 1-2 vehicles! If you do plan to bring a boat, something smaller would work better for the narrow canal + helps with dodging kayakers and paddle boarders. One day we took the boat to the Gulf from the dock and saw dolphins and found a sandbar not far from a pier that was a great hangout/party spot for the boaters! All in all this place was a 10/10!

The pictures do not do this property justice. If I could rate it, it would be 100/10! The owner thought of everything in this house from the towels at the front door to the chargers in every room to the coffee and creamer for the morning. Everything you need to cook they have. This place was absolutely stunning and relaxing. We celebrated my brothers 40th bday here and we plan on making it a yearly tradition. They did a perfect job on this house. The owners did a great job communicating. If you want a perfect and relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay!!!

The best Family Vacation!

We are still talking about our wonderful family vacation. The house is not only beautiful but the location was perfect. The house was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable. When we arrived a manatee was waiting by the dock. My five year old daughter was in all her glory. We enjoyed using the kayaks, paddleboard and the floating raft. We kayaked up and down the river so many amazing spots to discover. The house is literally a few paddles away from a great swim area and park. There is also a restaurant in the same area. The nights were pure magic roasting marshmallows, looking at the stars and unwinding. We are so thankful to spend a long weekend in such a magical place. The hosts made us feel very special leaving a welcome basket with yummy treats and responsive to any questions we had. We are already looking at our schedule to go back.
