This is a very clean home located in downtown Boyne City. A great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and night life! Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay water park is less than a 10 minutes drive. Apprx 20 minutes to Petoskey, Charlevoix and one hour to the Mackinaw Bridge. Avalanche mountain which has beautiful hiking trails, mountain biking trails, sledding, ice skating, & disc golf is approximately 1/2 mile. Young State Park approx 2 miles and walking distance from beautiful Lake Charlevoix and beaches. 1 block from Veterans park, Marina, Farmers Market and 4th of July parade.

Winter ski retreat

Enjoyed our winter in this lovely home. Was perfect for our family on weekends during ski season. Spacious enough for lots of family gatherings and dinners after a day on the slopes and loved being able to walk to town for the non-skiers in our group. Looking forward to next winter!

The house provided the perfect home away from home environment. Open enough to accommodate the whole group while having enough bedrooms & space for those times to ones self. It's location was perfect & walkable to downtown, parks & shopping! Would definitely recommend this for any family wanting a great family vacation experience!

Location location location!

The place is awesome! It has everything you could need. Having air conditioners in every too was an added bonus. The house is much larger than the pictures depict. It also has a great private yard. We walked downtown and to the nearby boat ramp for Lake Charlevoix. I would recommend for anyone to stay here!

Perfect Spot to Enjoy Downtown Boyne

I stayed here with my husband and two young daughters. This rental was even nicer than the pictures. The house was very clean and spacious. This year with the hot streak it was a nice bonus to have a/c in the master bedroom. We were able to walk to all the restaurants in Boyne and enjoyed Kilwin's for dessert almost every night. Charlevoix and Petoskey are easy drives and Mackinac Island was a nice day trip. Helena was always available before and during the trip to answer questions. All in all it was a wonderful rental experience. I would highly recommend this property.

Boyne City is a great year round quaint little town with lots to offer for adults and kids. The City has small town appeal but big fun and adventures await you. It is surrounded by beautiful lakes, parks & beaches and a short drive from other northern Michigan attractions.

What makes this property unique

This is a great centrally located home in the heart of town within walking distance to most shops, restaurants, parks & marina. There is a vacant lot next door which provides plenty of parking for a boat trailer if needed.
