Perfect for our large family! Extremely clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Excellent location on a quiet stretch of the sea coast but close to the best NH beaches.

We had an amazing stay! Our group consisted of 5 families — 10 adults and 5 kids — and the house was a great fit for a group our size. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, while still having great common spaces where we could all hang out together. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a fun New Hampshire getaway. The location in North Hampton was also fantastic — convenient to the beach and an easy jumping-off point for exploring the surrounding coastal towns.Traveling with 15 people can sometimes be a challenge, but this house made it easy. Everyone had a great time, the kids loved it, and we made some awesome memories together. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it for multiple families or a larger group!

Great house for big gathering. Lots of bedrooms; big dining room; lovely sunroom with screens; several spots for smaller conversations, games, activities. Big yard. Location very close to multiple beaches (one easily walkable). Fun "extra" amenities: vintage video arcade games in basement, lots of toys/games, plenty of beach chairs and towels. Would stay again. Notes: bedrooms all require stairs, expect road noise, and bring your own bathing toiletries.

Our three generation family, consisting of 6 college students, their parents and grandparents have vacationed together for14 years. This beautifully cared for home directly across from the ocean is our all time favorite house. We hope to return next yearfor the fifth time! The large rooms each with a beautiful view are bright and spacious. Whether spending days at the beach or doing jig saw puzzles, this week is an important part of our family traditions.. Ngan is more than a host. He is a caring friend of our family.Elizabeth

Ngan is a great host. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, spacious backyard to play wiffle ball and directly across from the ocean. Beautiful! Oh yeah, the cake that he brought to us for our daughter’s graduation was soooo good. Everyone who looks at this house, rent it!

A view that can’t be beat!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It had evrything you could want and the view was absolutely incredible. My bridal party stayed here and it was the perfect layout for a large group allowing for a lot of space to spread out when needed but gather to celebrate as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such an important weekend for us!

Excellent space for extended family gathering. Bedrooms very large, nice broad front porch and large gathering room. Great location and Easy walk to sand beach. House is well equipped. One thing to note is AC only on third floor-only an issue one night for us as weather generally cooperated.
