The home sleeps large groups comfortably. The main level includes a queen bedroom and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms—including two with lake views—and a full bath provide private retreats. The attached apartment above the garage adds two king bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a full bathroom—perfect for larger families or multi-generational stays.

- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This is a classic Lake Michigan cottage. Though many items have been updated for your comfort, some have not.
- The Lake Michigan beach access has between 80 and 100 stairs down to the beach. We do not recommend this for anyone who is not proficient and comfortable with stairs. Oval Beach is ADA accessible and only a few miles away.
- While this home is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owner has both dogs and cats. While the home is professionally cleaned between stays, it may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies.
