We rented this for a small family reunion (7 people) and this place was perfect. It can easily hold twice that number. The home was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, well stocked and well appointed. Great location with high ceilings, bright spaces, and plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space for our family vacation! The kitchen and long dining table was wonderful for cooking and gathering. The kids (little and big) loved the game room downstairs. Great location in a sweet walkable neighborhood.

Everything was fantastic . Alex extremely communicative and helpful , House has everything , our teenage boys loved the pool table downstairs . Great location , we walked into saugatuck most days . Was a nice stroll . Douglas area is also super cute .

My family of 15 had the most AMAZING time at this property!! The home and location is beautiful! We had plenty of space and things to do right on the property. Alex was a wonderful host, and checked in occasionally to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We're already planning another vacation here next summer!

Great location and house looked brand new. Host proactively communicated from booking through check out making for a smooth rental. Would recommend this house if you are in the Douglas/Saugatuck area for a few days.

Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Douglas. The modern villa was incredibly spacious, even bigger than what the photos seemed to show. The place was spotless and very updated. We had plenty of basic kitchen supplies and plenty of cookware for us to make our meals right there. It was a short walk to Wadeā€™s Bayou where we rented kayaks, and a short walk to Main Street for quaint little shops and restaurants and even a farmers market. The location was quiet and within 10-15 min of beaches, Saugatuck, etc. We would definitely recommend this place to a large group looking to stay together.

Wow, I would give 10 stars if I could. What a great house for a larger group. Lots of space to be comfortable and spread out if needed. Great amenities for a winter weekend in Michigan with an awesome location in downtown Douglas! The host was very friendly and helpful as well!

Our family of 8 enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was nicely equipped and convenient with laundry facilities very easy to use also. The large open living area includes kitchen and dining so we could all be together.

We had a fairly large group and the house was the perfect size to fit everyone comfortably and then some. There are a lot of amenities at the house itself and just a short walk or drive from local shops, coffee, & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!
