This house is beautiful. Stayed here with girlfriends and we had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, and the porch was so cozy. The host is responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back!

We loved staying in this home! It was very clean and provided all the necessities we needed. The house is decorated in good taste and had a cozy front porch and big back deck. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Cute home close to downtown Franklin

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The extras were so nice to have like laundry detergent, coffee supplies, cooking spices and a grill. Tons of towels and linens available. Very tastefully updated and decorated. Everyone in our family is over 6' tall and we were able to use the shower without ducking IYKYK! Close drive to downtown and everything we needed.

This house was wonderful. It was well stocked;e.g silverware, plates, glasses. The house was remodeled very nicely. I would highly recommend this property. Franklin allows you to get out the big city conjestion and the downtown is very nice.

Cute Franklin Cottage

This little cottage was well appointed and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was the favorite spot for coffee in the morning and conversation in the evening. It was a short drive to Franklin city center. Thoroughly enjoyed our girl's trip stay!

Great home, we enjoyed our stay. The home is decorated cute and has everything you would need. The only thing is the location of the lockbox was a little difficult to find and the screen door handles need repaired.

Charming and clean

We loved this little home in Franklin! It’s close to historic downtown shopping and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for a week’s stay, and the home is beautifully decorated. The only downside is that it was a bit too fragranced for our liking, but the front porch is wonderful in the mornings and evenings!

Friends Trip

Upon arrival 5 of the windows had been left unlocked. After checking the house and locking windows, one window latch was broken. I texted as told to for fast reply to let the owner know we could not lock the window and security was compromised. We received no reply and found what we could to jam the window. We called the next day asking for a reply. There was no response. I messaged via VRBO communications and received no reply. The house was cute, but not near downtown as described. We did not feel safe due to the windows being left unsecured upon arrival and the failure to communicate. We did not sleep well. We also requested no scented wallflowers or diffusers prior to our arrival and were promised they’d be removed as one of our group members has asthma. The house had a multitude of them when we arrived and we smelled mildew. We will not be returning and have never had an owner fail to contact us. We were polite, quiet, courteous guests. Our communications were polite, we wanted wan explanation of unlocked windows and a dowel to secure the unlockable window. We received no such communication or care. Cute house. Mismanaged. Be careful. Not in downtown Franklin that tourists expect.
