This beautiful home is nestled among tall pines on a ridge overlooking Lake Tahoe with panoramic views of the lake, ski slopes and forestland. Step out onto the home’s large deck and the views will literally take your breath away. In the summer and fall, enjoy three spectacular private beaches only 2 miles away. Sitting on a beach gazing at the world famous, clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe, with snow capped mountains in the background, is a memory that will last a lifetime. The scenic Flume trail is walking distance from the house. This old logging trail offers panoramic views of the Lake from many locations high in the mountains. You can also play tennis on private courts in the subdivision. The summer weather at Lake Tahoe is amazing. You will never want to leave.
In the winter and early spring, enjoy skiing one mile from your front door at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. This family ski resort boasts some of the best views of the lake and short lift lines so you can get in lots of runs. Diamond Peak is so close you can literally go home for lunch. After skiing, relax in this home’s infrared sauna. Winter views of Lake Tahoe, with fresh snow billowing on Chalet roof tops, is as beautiful as any winter scene you have ever experienced.

RESTAURANTS & NIGHTLIFE
Crystal Bay and Incline Village have a variety of restaurants from casual to high end. There is also a large grocery store in Incline, so cooking meals at home is convenient. The Hyatt hotel, just 2 miles down the road on the shore of Lake Tahoe, offers casino gaming and entertainment. There are several more casinos a short drive (4 miles) away in Crystal Bay.

HOME ACCOMMODATIONS
This lake & ski view home is 2100 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bed and bath downstairs). The extra large master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (with Tempurpedic mattress) and large sitting area. It has a big walk-in shower, Jacuzzi jet tub and cozy corner fireplace. The other two rooms also have Tempurpedic queen size mattresses. In the winter, all beds have electric blankets. The home has an amazing infrared sauna for relaxing after hiking, skiing or swimming.
Prepare a meal in the beautiful gourmet kitchen that includes granite counter tops, a double oven and windows looking out at the skis slopes. Relax after a fun day of skiing in front of a roaring fire in the living room. When you are not enjoying the outdoors you will find many things to do inside. There is a library of books and videos, cable TV, high speed Internet, children’s toys, games and even a Karaoke machine.

Terrific Thanksgiving at Tahoe

This house has a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains on the west shore. You will love taking in sunsets from the living room or from the back deck. The neighborhood is quiet, and even with a 3-month old baby, it was a peaceful stay. Suzannah is an exceptional host and very accommodating.

Wonder Tahoe Cabin with Amazing Views!

My family and I had a great snowy weekend at this property. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! The owner is great to communicate with and the check in and out was super easy! The best part of the house is the deck with the views! Each morning and evening the views took our breath away. The house's location is incredibly convenient to Diamond Peak, the lake, grocery store. We had a wonderful time.

Great Winter Getaway

This home is beautifully updated and so comfortable. As another guest noted, the photos don't do it justice and the view of the lake is just stunning! House Great for Skiing with the Family

This is a wonderful house: views, amenities, proximity to Diamond Peak...all fantastic! The view is indescribable - the photos don't do it justice. The beds are comfy (and that's coming from someone who requires a good bed when traveling!). The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Every detail is taken care of. I would highly recommend this house.

Great house with a great view

Amazing house with plenty of space for our family with young boys. Master suite is huge and could easily fit the four of us if we had more family or friends along. Less than five minutes to Diamond Peak parking lot and lifts. Convenient to go home for lunch and rest and then get back out in the snow. Diamond Peak is a great mountain for families and beginners. Sauna is perfect after a day on the slopes. Owner's were thorough and helpful all along the way.

Amazing Property with Breathtaking Views

The best property we have ever stayed in @ Lake Tahoe. Charming, quaint, well-organized home that has everything you could think of and more. Located minutes from Diamond Peak, this property boasts the views that are very hard to match anywhere else. We cannot wait to go back. And...I have to mention the owners - the nicest people you could imagine. They were texting us and helping us with everything, giving us a feeling that we were truly their guests, not just people who were paying to stay in the house for a couple of days. Love it!!!!!!!!!!

Great Location and Stunning Views!

Great location and top notch views! Located within an hour (or less) of Reno, Truckee, Virginia City, and South Lake Tahoe. Owners were extremely open with communications and very gracious hosts. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, with Tempurpedic beds, washer/dryer availability, and a killer master suite. We used the kitchen several times to make our own home-cooked breakfasts/dinners in lieu of going out. All cookware was provided which made things easier. We were also greeted with a welcome bag from the owners that contained snacks and a bottle of wine. Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing views and the comfort of your own home!

From the comfy beds to the amazing views, this house was perfect. However, one of my filters was handicapped accessible and this home was for the most part. My husband is still able to get into the bathtub but eventually will have to have a roll in shower. The bed on the main level was a must because he isn't able to climb stairs any longer. We loved Lake Tahoe and would love to return and will definitely consider this home again!

Gorgeous Retreat!

Had a fabulous stay at this home at the end of summer. We were 3 couples and a couple "littles" and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this wonderful home. We were fortunate enough to have the master bedroom which was enormous and provided fabulous views. Enjoyed the spacious balcony/deck with it's wonderful view. Too many amenities to list such as sauna, whirlpool bathtub, fireplaces and well equipped kitchen. Suzanne was a dream to communicate with, super responsive, accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, a short drive from beaches but far enough away to enjoy total serenity. Looking forward to returning very soon!

Very comfortable, cozy, and clean!

We were a party of 7 and stayed in this lovely home. The 7th person slept on the very large, oversized couch and was very comfortable. The others slept on super comfortable Tempurpedic beds and slept like babies. All the bedding and bath linens were wonderful, the kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of closet space, and the views from pretty much every window in the place were spectacular! There were plenty of games and movies and books, many of which happened to be our family favorites. The location is very central, grocery stores 5 min. away, shopping, restaurants, all within easy access from the home. The owners were very responsive if there were any questions we needed answered. It was obvious that they really care about their guests and want them to have a great experience. I can't think of anything that we needed during our stay that was not provided. We will most definitely return to this wonderful home again!

Wonderful---just as described online!

From the beginning when I started emailing and visiting with Suzannah about the property, everything has been a very pleasant experience. Communication was great, professional, and well organized for the arrival. The home is just as lovely as the description, and photos online. It is furnished with all the small items you may need, even coffee provided! :) We really enjoyed the deck, with the wonderful views! I was responsible for booking the home, and making arrangements for the trip to enjoy time with friends from another state. So, my friends thought I did great!! lol I was relieved everything was so comfortable, and wonderful. I was a good friend, and let my friends have the Master Suite. They loved it. Please don't hesitate to rent this property! I hope to return to enjoy it again.

The Most Relaxing Way to Enjoy Lake Tahoe!

My husband and I have been coming to Lake Tahoe every year for almost a decade, but this was our first year renting a home by the lake. In the past we had always stayed at one of the casino resort hotels in Reno. However, this year we wanted to save ourselves that hour drive back and forth. And I'm so glad we did! I cannot say enough about how pleased & happy we were with this rental. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. This is NOT your typical rental house!!! It is decorated chic & upscale with beautiful window treatments, sofa/chairs, tables, etc... The kitchen is contemporary with nice hardwood cabinets and new appliances. The master bedroom & bathroom is what really made me feel like a queen. I loved using the whirlpool tub each night before going to sleep on the king-size Memory foam mattress!!! I slept so well every night of my trip...and that is VERY important to me! There are so many enjoyable things about this quaint home including the spacious back deck with a view of the lake as well as the infared sauna. The owner Suzannah is extremely accommodating and hospitable. You will enjoy working with her - she is a doll! I plan on coming back again in the very near future!!!! Thanks, Dana & Scott

Gorgeous view and a perfect place for relaxation

My family truly enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was enjoying the view from the deck and taking a walk in the quiet neighborhood. Also loved being able to get to diamond peak in just a few minutes. The owner was extremely responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Magical Wonderland in Lake Tahoe

We have spend 4 nights during snow storm (4-5 feed snow) enjoyed a lot. The house located at top of the village with gorgeous lake view. Very quite location and very close the hiking path (in walking distance). House is very clean and well maintained. Our host was superb and touch based with use during our stay and ready to help. I am looking to come back and stay more.

Great views and amenities!

The view is spectacular, and we enjoyed the jetted tub, massage chair, and sauna as well. Great location for access to the entire lake. Just a few minutes from Diamond Peak, 30 minutes to Northstar and Heavenly.

Welcome to our home. We originally purchased our home as a summer getaway. Tahoe was our favorite summer escape from Texas heat. After Shawn retired from practicing lawn 2003 we decided make Tahoe our home. We spent the next few years doing an addition to the house.
In 2009 an opportunity arose for us to open a real estate company in Las Vegas. Since we were spending most of our time in Vegas, at the suggestion of a neighbor, we decided to set our home up as a vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

We've always loved Lake Tahoe and knew one day we would make it our home.
We lived in the hustle bustle of the city so the peaceful serenity at the top of the mountain was perfect for us. We love walking access to skiing and some of the best hiking trails in Tahoe.

The best part of our home is the views from our decks; you can see the lake, ski slopes and open mountain views. Not many homes have views like ours!
Diamond Peak has some of the best family skiing around. The views are spectacular and the lift lines move fast so you are able to get lots of runs in. When you get tired it's easy to head back to the house for a rest and a quick bite to eat. The ski school is a great place for the little ones to learn to ski.
You will LOVE our infrared Sauna after skiing. We are frequent spa goers and have never been in a sauna that is as good as ours!
