Really nice, comfortable home

We had a really nice stay. Home is very well kept and very large. 3 of our group canceled at the last minute so the 5 of us had it to ourselves. Ours was more of a business trip than pleasure, but the VRBO home made it very pleasurable for us.

Great Place to Stay

We were in town for the weekend for a baseball tournament. We are a baseball family and found the home very comfortable and spacious to accommodate us all. The host was very responsive and delivered information quickly. We loved our stay! Thank you very much.

Great Family stay

We had a family reunite from Phoenix AZ and Orange CA celebrating grand and great grand parents 75 birthday who live in Lake Havasu City. This property was spacious and well suited for our family with kids. Backyard was spacious game room helped entertain the kids. The property was well equipped and has everything needed. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Great time in Lake Havasu

We were two families with kids and teens who shared the space. Everyone enjoyed the property. The rooms were great, the game garage was the perfect add on for the kids and adults in the early mornings and evenings. The host was very fast to answer questions when we had some. We were about 5 mins by car from the main road. Overall we would recommend this property again.

Decent but lacking

Over all the house was nice. Backyard was big but just consisted of a small patio area, gravel, weeds and 3 trees (2 of which were dead). 4th room is an add on with no functioning A/C. There was a mobile swamp cooler in there, but unless you get fresh air from outside it would just make it humid. Had to have a fan blowing air from the living through the door way into the bedroom to make it tolerable. It was 110-115* when we stayed there. Half the games in the game room didnt work as they should. Also no TVs or dressers in any of the rooms. Take care of those things and it would be a great place to stay.

Hello Sean, I apologize for the AC issue. We have installed a new mini split for that room that is working very well in this extreme heat. I’m not sure what issues you had with the game room— pool table, foosball, air hockey, shuffle board and NBA jam arcade are all working as they should be. Each room, except for the bunk beds, have large wall closets including a walk in closet in the master bedroom. Hope you had a great time visiting lake havasu.

House was simple and neat. Worked well for us. The issues were the lack of kitchen supplies. No spatulas, no pizza pans. The "cookie sheet" was just a drip pan. There were no face wash cloths. The floors were dirty. Our feet were dirty. I did take a picture . The entry key pad was difficult but we figured it out.
