Lovely 2 bedroom rental unit with garage parking.
Why stay in a small Hotel room when you could stay at this fully furnished duplex. Located across from Central Gardens in the heart of Clear Lake Ia. This is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom with plenty of off-street parking.
The duplex is located a short walk to the city beach and park, restaurants, shopping, Surf Ballroom and all the great amenities Clear Lake has to offer! There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away.
The space
This duplex has a quaint, cozy atmosphere. As you walk in the front door you have the living room and the fully supplied kitchen with brand new gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a bathroom conveniently placed between them.

This rental has central heat and air. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need to stay in cook, relax and enjoy the views or get out and explore the lake and surrounding areas.
