The property was dated, minimal furnishings, uncomfortable beds, no blankets, only a sheet with a thin bed spread. TV in primary bedroom wouldn’t work with Spectrum. We have rented at the Oceans before and the units were much nicer. We wouldn’t rent this unit again. The lockboxes on the pools and beach access only worked 1/2 the time making it frustrating to get in and out of the pool and to the beach.

Very nice, however no ice, really? They had ice there but it was probably 6 months old. Bed was way too high, my husband had to sleep in the other room. But all in all it was a nice stay and close to my friends

The location is wonderful, with great views of the ocean and we saw dolphins swimming around the shoreline and surf break. Amazing to behold! There were a few issues we encountered; the pool and hot tub were out of service during our stay and the signs posted on each seemed to indicate they hadn’t been operational in some time. Being it was so chilly, we were looking forward to using these amenities. For the price of the ‘fees and cleaning’ charges we incurred for our short stay, I would expect the unit would have been more clean overall. The floors were sandy and all of the sheets on each bed had aggressive makeup stains on them. Black marks all over pillowcases and sheets. We checked the washer and dryer and could not see any foreign items inside they may have caused this, so I’m not sure if the cleaners are communicating this to the host family/owner at all?
