This WEST corner 3 bedroom/3 bath unit is perfect for sunsets (and sunrises too). From the open kitchen and main living area, you're surrounded by water views from the 16th floor. The primary suite is ideally situated to maximize the Gulf views while offering private balcony access. The bathroom space is a comfortable size with double vanities, separate shower and jetted tub, plus a walk-in closet. The additional guest bedrooms both have private access to a shared balcony, one is an ensuite. Amenities include 3 floors of parking (2 are covered), two guest parking passes per stay, beautiful infinity outdoor and indoor pools, gulf front fitness room, BBQ, and boardwalk access to the beach. Convenient walking distance to some great restaurants and super cool festivals.
