Very beautiful home owners are very responsive and had to pop in at the last second because my other house canceled on me at the last second thank you guys for letting us enjoy the beautiful home

Host cancelled on me 1 hour before checkin time.

Property details were not listed correctly. When I questioned it, the owner called me. We agreed we were fine; however I asked for a possible discount since I wasn't getting the amenities I thought I was. She said she would talk the property manager. I happened to check my messages before I left. Literally as I was walking out the door. She cancelled it on me one hour before checking. It was rude and unprofessional. If I hadn't checked, 3 adults and 3 young children would have been left at night in a unfamiliar town with no place to stay.

Renae, the host was very responsive to any questions and took care of the couple of issues we had while there promptly.The unit was comfortable and spacious. Floors could have been cleaner. Rugs were dirty.I would not however recommend this for a long term stay.Be prepared to supply all of your own paper and cleaning products. You will have to do your own cleaning. Should you want someone to clean for you it could be scheduled for an additional 180/visit.Just a couple of other annoying issues were the batteries in the tv remotes were dead, the cable was not connected and the digital door lock almost locked us out when the batteries failed. Was not expecting to have to replace batteries. Just a couple of little things, but would make sure these were taken care of before renting.We also found dirty socks under the couch and the out side trash cans were both full, which would question how well the cleaning people did their job.
