Located in Southern Dunes Community which is a PGA championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and ranked the top 6 course in Florida, with restaurant and bar on site at the club house.

-Two-Story home. Plenty of space. The upstairs is available for bigger groups of guests if needed.
For smaller groups, everything you need is on the first floor! Two of the bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room/dining room, Game room and kitchen are all located on the first floor.
All 4 bedrooms, Living room, pool deck, and Game room have Roku smart TV.

Shaun was a good host. We did enjoy our stay. Just a few things. The kitchen could be better stocked. I found the pots and pans to be old and some were rusty. Also frying pans could be replaced. I would say all bathrooms could use an update and the carpet could be replaced. Patio door needs to be replaced.

Great house, neighborhood is very quiet. Communication was perfect, quick responses. We had a change of plans and in the area a day early, luckily the property was empty and quickly responded allowing us to add an extra night and check in early. Allows pets, but does NOT smell like pets at all! The pool is beautiful! Small issue with the hot tub, but the issue was fixed immediately. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Shaun was quick to make sure everything was running smoothly and to check in during the stay! My only thing if I could add a small note is to make sure the cleaning crew looks for dust in some of the less common places such as closets and vents as well as putting in some kitchen towels and more hot pads!!

Trip for legoland

We spent most of our stay at Legoland with the grandkids, but after the park we enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house. Everyone had a comfortable bed and we enjoyed cooking and having breakfast before starting our long days at the park.

Great family location

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks while attending a baseball academy. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, grocery stores and dining are very close, and the golf course and clubhouse are great. We only had 3 people, but this house could accommodate more, we never used the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. The house is as shown and provided a relaxing place to hang out. The pool and hot tub are clean and the game room is a nice place to hang out. Would definitely recommend this house!
