The location has been so perfect for me. I love to have quiet and space, but I don't like to feel too isolated either as I love to wander into town and enjoy the coffee shops and interactions.

Fenced half acre. Walk to Strawbery Creek or to town. Simple and somewhat minimalist lets me clear my head and get to what's important to me!
