Ideally situated on the canal in Lochmoor Waterway Estates, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is the perfect spot for families or friends looking for fun-filled days on the Caloosahatchee River! Make use of the on-site boat parking for a quick cruise downtown, or spend the day kayaking the Calusa Blueway. When you’re back on dry land, fire up the grill and take a break from the sun in the lanai.

5) DO NOT USE GRILL INDOORS
- Washer and Dryer are available for guests with seven or more days stay
- NOTE: Free Harbour Nest guests kayak use. Kayaks are based on availability and must be requested prior to check in. Life vests must be worn while on kayak. If kayaks are requested after check in, a $35 trip fee will be charge.
- NOTE: Concrete boat dock is not available for guest use., Please dock boat along the seawall

- Check in after 4:00 PM. Same-day booking does not guarantee 4 PM check-in. This is to allow for property management walkthrough.
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation. Door must be pushed all the way in to lock; double check if door is locked before leaving.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. NOTE: You are renting a home, and we want it to feel as such. You will not get instructions on operating every item in the house; however, if you need help, we’ll do our best to help.
